The "Bloody" Secret [on hold]

Chapter 1

Finally school is over and summer holidays have begun...

I was sitting on a park bench surrounded by colourful nature. The pink blossom trees were bursting with fragrance, the passionfruit tree was filled with lots of fresh fruit and here I was enjoying the view.

All of a sudden I felt soft furry paws which woke me from my deep thoughts.

It was a small dog.

"Oh I am so sorry, I'm Dallas," I heard a man say from behind me.

"Hello, I'm Desiree, it's alright," I responded as I turned to face him.

He looked the age of 16. He had golden brown hair and emerald green eyes. Dallas had a golden honey tan; it looked as if he spent every day at the beach. There was something about Dallas which made him seem different to everyone else, though i couldn't quite get my finger on what made him so special.

At that moment I'd realised I was staring right into his bright green eyes this whole time. I feel so embarrassed.

"Don't be," he said.

"Huh," I don't recall saying my thoughts out loud. Was it just me or did Dallas just read my mind?

"It was nice meeting you Dallas but i should get going now," I said as i left in a hurry.
