Orphan - Chapter Five .

  Haley's POV . 

   "ROC, Please.... Let me go!" I screamed as I continued punching him in the arm. He rolled his eyes and pulled up to a black apartment. I looked at him and gulped. Roc grabbed my arm, pulling me out the truck. "SOMEBODY HELP!" I screamed. 

      Roc pulled me all the way up to the aparment door. A black wooden door blocked us from whatever was inside. Roc covered my mouth and pulled me into the aparment room. As he flicked on the lights, my eyes grew wide. 

  "This is what I was working on all night after our date..." Roc said. He smiled weakly as I walked up to the painting. It was a painting of me, in a night filled with sun. The white and pale brown showed my skin tone, cleary, my dirty blonde hair showed with a hint of brown highlights. My eyes were as grey as the water. 

   The sky was dark with a half moon on one side, with the sun showing the other, the skies were horizon pink on the sun's side. I was painted between both of them. My grey pale eyes had tears in them. My right arm was on my head, looking up at both the Sun and The moon. 

  "It's a fight," Roc says, "Two different sides wants one thing. A Moon as dark are the night, wants the eyes because they've both been through dark things. The sun wants the color because it blends perfectly together. Two sides fighting for one thing.." Roc says. 

   I look up at Roc. "Chres, is there anything you want to tell me?" I ask him. "You seem like you know the feeling.." 

  "That's because I do." He says, leaning to my face. "Haley, your the best thing that's ever happened to me." He whispers. "I want you be to mines. I don't know if its love that's making me feel like this, but.... I'm madly in love with it." He says. 

   I tear up, "You painted all of this.... just to prove how much you... liked me?" I asked him. He nods, two tear drops fall from my eyes. 

  "Yeah, Your something different, your like Fire and Water together.. I touch it once, I get burned, but I when i come back, you seem to cool it down. You make my heart feel like it has batteries installed. Your eyes are something that tells your story. If you scared to fall in love, I'll protect you. If you let me, I'll take care of you and your heart, I honestly don't know what this means, but I do know that I like you, maybe even love you." He says, staring deeply in my eyes. 

  "Roc, I- I." I stutter, so stunned by what he has spoken to me. Roc wraps his arms around me. "I know I was a player. But I'm so over my playing ways. Do you know that every girl that came to me today, I only end up shaking them off, I couldn't talk to any girl because I kept thinking about your beautiful face smilling at me." 

   "You so sweet, Roc." I say, smiling softly. Roc looks down at me, "You made me sweet." He says and kisses me. 

     I wrapped my arms around his neck, closing my eyes. "Baby you're the shhh girl . Lovin' you could be a crime. Crazy how we fit girl. This it girl. Give me 25 to life. I just wanna rock all night long. And put you in the middle of my spotlight. You could be my it girl. You're my biggest hit girl." He sings to me, I smile and blush at the same time. "So will you please be my girl? Permanently?" He asks. I nod.

  "I love you." I whisper. I feel his lips turn into a huge kool aid smile. "I love you too." He whispers. 

     "I should go, It's getting late." I start to pull away. Roc picks me up, bridal style. He walks out the apartment room, closing the door with his feet and smiling while holding me and walking down the stairs. "You better not drop me!" I scream loudly. 

  Roc chuckles. He carries me to his car, sitting me in. He kisses me. I kiss him back, happily. "God, I love you." He says after he pulls away. I smile at him and let him close the door.

      Roc pulls up to my house, Jacob storms out the house, glaring at Roc. Roc opens my door. We walk together. Jacob pushes Roc. "Didn't I tell your ass to stay away from her?!" Jacob screams. 

  "Don't touch me." Roc says, balling up his fist. 

  "NIGGA THIS IS MY PROPERTY." Jacob screams. "YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT THE FUCK TO DO. STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY SISTER." Jacob yells. 

  I jump between both of them. "Guys, stop." I say. 

  "HALEY ISN'T YOUR PROPERTY JACOB." Roc yells. "Chres, stop." I look at Roc. He looks at me. 

  "Stay away from my sister." Jacob says. 

"Or what." Roc gently pushes me away from him and Jacob. 

   I run in the house. "MOM. DAD!" I scream. Christina runs down the stairs. "MOMMY STOP JACOB. PLEASE." I scream. Christina looks at me shocked. "MOMMY! PLEASE!" I scream. 

   Nick runs outside, seeing both jacob and Chresanto about to kill eachother. Jacob was about to punch Chres in the mouth, but Nick pulled him back, Christina grabbed Roc and pulled him to his car. 

   "Look, you guys need to calm down! What the hell is going on?!" Christina yells. 

  "Chresanto is dating Haley!" Jacob yells. 

  "So what?" NIck says. 

  "Dad, He's turning 18 next week!" Jacob yells. 

  "And I've known Chresanto all his life. He isn't going to try anything with Haley. You two have been the best of friends, what happened?!" Christina yelled. 

 "I do friend people that stills other friend's exes." Jacob snapped, storming into the house while yanking me with him. 

  "I want you to stay away from Chresanto, you understand me?" Jacob says. I look up at him. 

  "Jacob, I don't care what you have to say, because I will still be with Chres either you like it or not." I snapped. 

      As soon as I knew it, his hand connected with my face...
