Back home

                                                                                                                              (Brooke's pov)

i was driving  down the road and spotted the welcome to mystic falls sign. i said to my self that it's good to be back. i was driving around mystic falls till i spotted my house and pulled into the driveway and parked i stepped out of my car and closed my door then i was soon attacked in a hug by my twin sister Elena we fell to the ground i missed her so much her and i are very close. when Elena finally pulls away she says that she missed me so much. i then was tackled into a hug by Caroline thankfully we didn't fall to the ground and she squeals saying that i missed you so much. when Caroline pulls away Elena says i didn't know you were coming back i respond saying that i wanted to surprise you guys. i missed you guys i said to my sister and best friend. i walked to the trunk of my car to get my bags i asked Elena and Caroline for help they gladly said yes i opened the trunk of my car and pulled out all my bags and set them on the ground and then i closed my trunk and picked up some of my bags and Caroline and Elena grabbed the rest. We walked up the steps of Elena and i's house Elena opened the front door and we walked in and put my bags on the floor by the stairs. we heard noises coming from the kitchen so we walked towards the kitchen and saw my aunt Jenna making dinner I screamed  aunt Jenna she jumped and turned around and saw me she screamed Brooke then tackled me in to a hug i hugged her back then we pulled away and my aunt Jenna said i didn't know you were coming back i said it was a surprise. i asked my Aunt Jenna if she needed any help cooking dinner she said sure and told me what i could do. when dinner was finished we all walked into the living room and started talking about random things like what i did when i was gone and where i went. The front door opened and we looked to see it was it was my little brother Jeremy he walked into the living room and spotted me he walked up to me and gave me a hug mumbling into my neck that he missed me. after a few minutes of me and Jeremy catching up he went upstairs to his room. i turned to Elena and smirked at her and asked her if there were any hot guys at school she looked down and blushed and mumbled ya and then looked up and said that she has a boyfriend and his name is Stefan Salvatore and that i could meet him tomorrow. hours have past of us just catching up and talking about boys i was starting to get tired so i told them that i was going up to my room and go to bed i walked up the stairs and down the hall towards my bedroom which is right next to Elena's we share a bathroom. i opened my bedroom door and walked in i looked around and noticed that it was still the same just like how i left it a few months ago. i walked up to my wall and looked at all the picture of me and my friends and family one photo caught my eye the most it was a photo of me, Elena, Jeremy and are mom and dad the photo brought tears to my eyes i hadn't noticed i had started crying till Elena walked in and saw me she asked if i was OK i just shook my head and said that i missed mom and dad so much she walked up to me and hugged me and started crying to we collapsed  on my bed crying in each others arms and we soon fell asleep in each others arms like we use to do when we were younger.
