Getting Smurfette

Kate's pov

Me, Vexy and Hackus were up on the window seal waiting for Gargamel and Azrel to get back. we had a box on the ground labeled '4 Azrel' and we wanted to mess with him. I may be a bit nicer than the other two but that doesn't mean I don't want to mess with Azrel. I just don't like him. they walked threw the door and we heard Gargamel talk to the statue of himself then see the box on the ground." oh what is this? no doubt from a worshiping admirer." Father said. "oh it's for you" he said. "morw morw morwe morw" Azreal said. "you are not more popular than me!" he opened it and Vexy turned on the green pointer. " a little green dot? why do you get all the little green dots? get it. get it." Father said while Azrel chased it. "Father's gonna love this!" Vexy said. "Hackus wanna play! Hackus wanna play with the kitty!" he said taking the laser pointer. "cover us" I say. "we're goin' in!" Vexy said as we jumped on Azrel. she landed on the head and I got the back. "hello kitty" we say. "hey Vexy! Kate!" Hackus said. we ran around Father. he chuckled. I jumped off Azrel's back but Vexy was pinned under him. "Hackus to the rescue!" Hackus said. " I'm comin' to!" I say. Hackus swung in and hit Azrel's face and I helped up Vexy. "Nice save Hackus!" we say. Azrel landed in our net then got trapped in it.

"Hackus go cat fishing! caught a big one! "round 12 goes to the Naughtys" Vexy said as we cheered. Hackus cheered too. "well said my dim brother. "good job Hackus! you got him!" I say high-fouring (because they can't high-five) him. "apparently it wasn't a gift Azrel, it was a trap! ha! very amusing my little Naughtys" "did we please you Father?" Vexy asked. "yeah did we?!" I asked excited. "no. no you didn't you know what would please me you two is if you were real smurfs then your essence would give me real powers of a smurf. that would excite me. but you are all just deeply disappointing experiments."

"experiments?" Hackus asked. I pat his shoulder. he started rambling about our big sister Smurfette and I just went to go cut Azrel down. I used some small scissors near by. I let him down and he runs away. I jump back up on the ledge we were on earlier and looked out to blue sky. I looked back down to my dull gray hand. I wish I was a real smurf. living in the smurf village with others and my sister. I would be true blue and be happy and joyful and kind. unfortunately then Father would extract our essence. I wonder if it would hurt.

I began to feel light-headed and jumped down to the table but lost my footing and landed on my face. "Father!" Vexy said "it's feeding time" "Hackus Dizzy"Hackus said falling on the bell. I just groaned and rolled over"I almost forgot. I have to keep you alive I hope you all appreciate what a huge burden this is on me. alright mind your manners" Vexy was first and then Hackus who got up. last was me who was still on the ground. "thanks"I say. "if you were real smurfs I would be taking essence from you" he looked at Hackus. "I didn't hear a thank you" Hackus just burped. "come come we must review tonight's raid on smurf village." I grabbed my teddy bear and went with the others to Father's chair.

"this is not my writing parchment. where is my plan?" Father asked Azrel. he answered in his cat language. "gone digital? I don't understand?" Azrel pressed the screen and Father's plan came up.. "phase one: create Naughtys check" he said as we all get on the table. "where is phase 2?" Azrel swiped the screen "create portal to smurf village. oh I love that swiping motion." he shooed Azrel away and took the thing from him.

"phase 3, swipe, I capture my ungrateful daughter and force her to tell me the secret formula that made her blue. I turn you and more like you blue." "Hackus blue! Hackus blue!" "I put you in a terrifying machine and extract your essence. then the entire world should bow before me!" I hugged Vexy's arm. "will that extracting thing hurt?" she asked. "oh it is excruciatingly ... painless. you'll see it'll be fun" he got up and started to walk to the window.

"we're getting ahead of ourselves. back to phase 2." Vexy, Hackus and I all looked at each other worried as I hugged my bear tighter. "the only reason we came to this cheese infested metropolis. the great Ionosphere. the only way to harness enough energy to create a portal right into the hear of smurf village. I love portal creation. come come let us go" he said. we all ran out of the hotel room and ran to a small pond while Father climbed the Ionosphere. we saw Father's blue lightning circling creating a blue spiral cloud that shot the blue lightning bolt down and into the pond creating a portal. Father jumped down with his makeshift gliders in his cloak and hit the tower a few times making us laugh.

when he landed only his head went in as he spun around. "spin!" Hackus said as he spun on his head and we laughed. Father landed in the pond. appears I lack enough essence to create a human size portal" "Father. I can get threw there. let me get Smurfette" Vexy said. "oh me 2!" I stated raising the hand without the bear. "oh Hackus go! Hackus go! Hackus go!" Hackus jumped pushing Vexy down. "well lets see here. eny minie mini... (can't spell that)"pick me pick me!" "moron" Father pointed to Hackus. "yes!" "hey Hackus listen to this" Vexy said as Hackus came closer. she hit his face and he fell into the water. I laughed and Father said. "nicely done Vexy. come you two" Father said as Vexy and I jumped on his hand.

"now I must warn you. your destination is a true horror. a realm filled with the relentless crushing quite of peace and joy. it's horrible." "what a nightmare." Vexy said. "yuck!" I yell. actually that doesn't sound to bad. that sounds like a fun place to be, but I have to do what dad says. "yes It completely ruined your sister." "it's such a shame when a bad girl goes good" Vexy smirked. "so true, but she does know the secret formula so..." he drops us in the portal and we cheer as we go threw and land in a puddle. we coughed and crawled on the bank and saw big sister Smurfette.

"help. we escaped from the evil wizard" she acted. I coughed some more and hugged my bear. "who made us" I say in my most innocent voice. I don't like lieing but if will help make father proud and turn us blue then I guess it's okay. "do you mean Gargamel? is Gargamel your father?" she asked. "yes" we said. "but that means... you're just like me" she said coming closer. that's when Vexy grabbed her arm. "got ya! Father's gonna be so proud!" she said as Smurfette screamed. "yeah! we have big sister Smurfette!" I cheer while jumping. we'll turn blue! I helped Vexy get her to the portal but I was pushed back to the banks. I shook my head as she threw Smurfette in. "she's bein' smurfnapped!" someone said. I turn to see the village. "hurry up Kate!" Vexy yelled. "coming big sis Vexy!" I yell getting up but a smurf in overalls and a pencil behind his ear got my arm.

I screamed and tugged my arm. "you ain't goin' anywhere!" he said. I stomp on his foot in panic and hug my bear tighter as I run to Vexy. she helped me in the portal as she said "see ya later. Smurfs. haha!" then jumped in behind me as the portal closed. we jumped out and Father had Smurfette. "Gargamel!" "Smurfette. welcome home".
