Chapter 11

*Next day*
Emily POV:
I woke up from my phone beeping.
"UGGH I CANT SLEEP IN FOR ONE DAY?!?" I screamed.
"Are you ok?" My sister came running in.
"Yes Katherine I'm fine." I smirked knowing my sister hated her full name.
"YOU LITTLE B-"
"Watch it!" My mom yelled.
"My name is Kath Em." She said calmly,"what are you doing today?"
"Um I don't know hold on." I said.
Text message from:
Hayes😍- hey wanna come over? Cam, Nash, and Carter are here.
Text message to:
Hayes😍- sure! Now? And can I bring my sister?
Text message from:
Hayes😍- yeah.
"Well you're coming with me to Hayes' house."
"Ok I have nothing better to do." She shrugged.
"Well I mean I guess you don't have to. But there's going to be hot guys there!" I smirked once again.
"I'll be ready in 10 minutes!" She yelled running away.
I just laughed to myself. Once I got up I ran over to my bathroom and took a shower. I got out and changed into a sunflower skirt with a white lace shirt. I added a cardigan and a feather necklace.
"KATHERINE ARE YOU READY?!" I screamed.
"Yeah! Come on hurry up I want to see hot guys!" She rushed me out the door.
I just shook my head as we walked in the car.
I just screamed Shawn Mendes lyrics through the entire car ride. My sister likes country but she thinks Shawn has a good voice. Once we arrived I saw all the guys looking at us through a window.
Carters eyes went wide when he saw Kath.
Kath's POV:
I ran up to the door step slightly pushing the bell.
"COME IN!" I heard what I think was Nash yell.
I peeked my head through the door to see Hayes and Nash surrounding a boy on the ground holding his wrist.
DAYYUM HE BE LOOKIN FINE! I thought.
"Are you guys ok?" I asked.
"Well stupid Carter here had to run down the stairs and miss a step. Why do I have such idiot friends?" Nash asked himself.
"Nash!" I slapped his arm. "I'm your friend!"
"Exactly."
"WHY IS EVERYONE BEING SO BIT-" I got cut off.
"Katherine is something wrong?" Em smirked at me.
"YOU LITTLE BITCH!" I screamed and lunged at her.
"Alright break it up!" Nash yelled which didn't work. "GET OFF EACH OTHER AND GET A LIFE MY GOD!" Nash screamed at the top of his lungs.
That made all the movement stop. Suddenly everyone bursts out laughing.
Hayes walks over to Em and kisses her on the cheek to welcome her. He sneakily snaked his hand around her waist.
"WATCH THEM HANDS GRIER!" I yelled at him.
"What I'm helping Carter?" Nash asked.
"Not you Grier the other one with his hands all over my sister!" I glared at Hayes.
"YES HAYES GET SOME!" Nash gave an approving look to Hayes.
I just went back and forth glaring at Nash and Hayes.
"I hate to break the moment but can someone look at my wrist it kills?" What I'm assuming Carter said.
"Yeah let me look." I said walking over to him.
I leaned down and studied his wrist.
"It might be broken." I looked up to see Carters face centimeters from mine. "Woah that was way too fast!"
Nash, Hayes, and Em all laughed while Carter blushed and looked down.
"Sorry." He muttered. "You're just really beautiful."
Now I blushed and looked down.
"OMFG IS KATH BLUSHING?!" Em screamed. "I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE MAKE HER BLUSH LIKE WTF?!"
I just laughed at her.
"We should probably get you to the hospital for X-Rays." I said  to Carter.
"Ok who's coming?" He asked.
"Not me!" Hayes and Em scream.
"I'll go I guess." Nash said.
"Well les gooooo!" I yelled running back to the door.
Emily POV:
"So now that their gone." Hayes smirked.
"HAYES!" I yelled laughing.
"What I wanted to eat the "hidden" stash of candy and watch a movie." Hayes shrugged.
"Alright then."
Once we got all the candy we went up to the game room and sat on the floor with blankets and pillows.
"So what are we watching?" I asked turning my head to Hayes.
"The Conjuring."
"WHAT?!"
"It's alright I got you."
He put the movie in and dimmed the lights.
Every time a scary part came on I hid my face in Hayes' shirt smelling his cologne. It calmed me down.
"Hey look at me." He said lifting my chin. "I got you."
We slowly leaned in together and our lips brushed before Sky busted through the door.
"SKY?!" Hayes yelled at her.
"It's ok." I whispered to him.
"OHHHH, HAYES AND EMILY SITTING IN A TREE, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" She screamed down the hallway.
"Want to go get ice-cream?" Hayes asked.
"IS THAT A QUESTION?!" I screamed running out the door.
I heard Hayes laughing while running out with me. We walked hand and hand to the shop.
When we got there I ordered my favorite, mint chocolate chip.
"That's my favorite too!" Hayes said.
We walked outside since it was deserted.
I took my first lick of ice-cream and Hayes started to laugh.
"What is it now?" I asked him.
"You've got something on your nose." He laughed out.
"Ugh."
I reached over to grab a napkin but was stopped by a hand.
"No need to waste trees." Hayes said making me giggle.
He stood up and bent over the table. He slowly leaned down and kissed my nose getting the ice-cream off, but he never backed away.
We leaned in once again today and finally didn't get interrupted.
The kiss was magical. Our lips fit perfectly and moved in sync. Sure it wasn't my first kiss, but it sent sparks through my body at the touch.
Once we stopped to catch our breath he put his forehead on mine.
"Did you feel that too?" He asked.
"Yeah."
He sat back down in his chair and we ate our ice-creams in a comfortable silence.
We got up and walked back to Hayes' house. While we were walking Hayes would whisper things like "you're beautiful" or "you're perfect" in my ear. He always makes me laugh.
"Wait do your fans know we're dating?" I stopped and looked at him.
"I don't think so. I haven't been on social medias since we started dating."
"Hayes! Your fans will be mad!"
"It was all worth it though." He smiled at me.
I have such a perfect boyfriend. I thought in my head.
"Oh wait! What happened to Carter?" I asked.
"He broke his wrist but he'll be fine." Hayes said.
Once we got home I decided to just sleep over and Kath will probably too.
We changed and brushed our teeth and climbed into bed.
I snuggled into Hayes and rested my head on his chest.
Slowly my eyes started to shut and the last thing I heard was Hayes.
"Goodnight beautiful."
TWO HOURS LATER
"YOU'RE SUCH A DUMBASS!" Nash yelled waking me up.
I walked downstairs to see Nash shaking his head at Carter.
"Dude she won't kiss you right away! She barely even knows you!" Nash whisper/yelled.
"I know but she's so pretty and funny and ugh I just want to kiss her. The name Kath fits her perfectly too!" Carter said back.
"So you like my sister I hear." I said walking down the last few steps.
"Um... What-what are you talking about?" Carter said trying to play it off.
"It's alright. I can help you get together with her I guess." I shrugged.
"REALLY?! YOU WOULD DO THAT?!" He yelled.
"Shhhh!" I scolded. "Jeez you're like all the other guys."
"I'm going to bed goodnight and don't wake me up again!" I said walking away.
"Bye bestieee!" Carter ran and hugged me.
"Bye sistaaaaa!" Nash came and joined the hug.
I walked back to the room and slid into bed. I snuggled into Hayes again and fell asleep to the steady sound of his heartbeat.
