Hello my name is Severus Potter and no I'm not a guy but a 12 year old girl and yes I'm related to Harry Potter but he's like my great great great grandpa so no I didn't know him. I have always had a Potter reputation I was supposed to live up to. Do you know how much pressure that is and I never asked to be a Potter but hear I am sitting in a van with my mom and dad and 3 brothers and 2 sisters on are way to diagonally to get everything we need for Hogwarts. I'm the youngest of my siblings as 2 of my brothers were 4th years and 1 a 3rd year and my 2 sisters were 2nd years and I'm a 1st year. Everyone of them were Griffandor no suprize there since every single Potter since Harry Potter have been Griffandor . So I'm expected to be one also and there's the dang reputation again. But I'm nothing like my family they all look up to Harry potter and I see him as a wizard to defeated a bad wizard the end. Plus they talk alot and they don't shut up ever and follow alot of rules which comes very hard for me. Plus all are names except mine were all harry potters friends and what not like the 2 oldest brothers were named Ron and James and my other brother was named sirus and my 2 sisters names were Ginny and Hermione all griffandor names that aparently the Potters keep reusing. Then my name severus a slytherin name which my parents let the doctor pick out knowing I was a girl but hey why not. Oh and every one in the family have red and brown hair and I have black hair. Any one gonna answer thought not because I'm talking to myself . Then I was pulled out of my one side conversation when the van parked and we all piled out me stretching my short legs. The first store we went into was a new book store called spell books and stuff. Mom and dad immediately split up with carts to find the books we need as I just wandered around looking at the books on the shelf when about 15 minutes later we finally got to leave the shop. After getting culdrens and new robes mom took every one to the Weasley store full of pranks as dad took me to the pet store. I immediately searched around looking at different animals. Then my eyes landed on what has to be the beautiful owl there was. It was pitch black with purplesh eyes that looked like stars and it looked like in the right amount of light it had purple feathers. I told dad I wanted it and he finally bought it after trying to convince me to get a brighter owl but failing. I practically ran to the wand shop dad pushing the cart behind knowing it was are last stop. I walked in with glee as I looked at all the wands in there boxes on the wall. I waited patiently as the wand keeper got other 1st years there wands. When finally it was my turn he handed me a couple as I flicked the wands making things fall. When finally he handed we a black polished wand and with a flick it glowed. Hmm interesting a potter got that wand the wand keeper said with a grin. Father immediately asked why oh its just it's one of the newest wands made the the woods from a burnt womping willow and inside is a black unicorn hair very rare but is more a power crazy wand. We left after that and then went home . The next day we headed to the train station. I was the last one to run in the wall to get to 9 and three quarters. When I found a journal on the ground full of writing so I slipped it in my robe. I flinched when I ran into the wall thinking I was going to crash but instead went right through the wall whare my parents were waiting while my sisters and brothers were already getting on the train. I was in a cart by myself since I didn't know anyone when two boys and a girl came in and sat down without asking. I'm telling you the best way to get rid of a body is burning it to dust one of the boys said who had black hair. Yah It would but that's not Evan creative for a true slytherin. The girl with the long brown hair said. I should have known they were of slytherin blood I thought to myself. Then the blonde heady boy spoke Clare what do you know of creative ways to hide a dead body. I laughed at that catching there attention. The girl Clare glared at me and said what and you do? Yes actually I do I said casually looking out the window.like what the blonde said? Well there feeding them to pigs or cutting ok open there chest and stuffing rocks in it and sew it back up the throw it in a lake or ocean or putting through a wood chipper or turn them into a rock or tree with magic oh should I go on I said looking at them. The blonde moved right next to me holding out his hand Draco malfoy the 3rd he said while shaking my hand then said that's Charles he said pointing at the the guy with the black hair and that's Clare my sister. So I'm guessing your all going into slytherin? I asked yes what about you? I doubt it not with my family I would she a disgrace but hey you never know. What's your name Draco asks wouldn't you like to know and with that I was looking out the window ignoring there every word. When we finally reached hogwarts. When I got off the train I followed all the other 1st years whare mr. Brown made us follow him down to the lake whare we went on boats when I got in one I almost fell in but before I did someone pulled me in. It was none other than Draco.thanks for that but I could have done it myself. He just smiled and sat down across from me. Why aren't you with your sister? She can take care of herself besides I'm trying to make new freinds.with me? I don't know yet you tell me? I just smiled and said I haven't decided if I like you yet draco. Oh you will trust me but first I need to know your name. Wait till the hat ceramoni then you might not want to be my freind.i dour that. After talking and laughing and a few kids falling in one because of draco but I couldn't help but laugh we made it HOGWARTS whare we were led into a cafeteria. One by one people were sorted Clare malfoy they called and it was a shock when she was sorted into raven claw. Draco malfoy the 3rd they called and he was sorted into slytherin. After a few more names they called severus potter and I sat on the stool and couldn't look at draco for fear of rejection on his face. Then they placed the hat on my head oh another potter well yes let's see ohhh your different aren't you and already made freinds with a slytherin. Hmm oh and you don't want to be a griffandor do you severud? I do to I said out loud gaining the crowds attention. I don't think so? Well what do you know stupid hat all you have are brains in you so don't tell me what I want and what I don't I screamed out load .bad temper yes so let it be slytherin. I was shocked but then smiled as draco got up and bowed my lady and with that I grabbed his hand as he lead me back to the table ware they cheered.
