Here's my next poem! This is a fun song about first love in school which is usually with one of the "popular" guys. I realised after completing the song that it actually relates to one of my friends and when I showed it to her she was sure that I wrote this for her. Crazy, right?
It was this cool guy
From school,
Everyone wanted him
Seeing him every girl drooled!
With that wavy hair
And eyes so blue,
He was my first love,
This guy from school
He was my first love
The first time that my heart was beating loud!
And I knew that this time
I had fallen down!
Fallen hard, in love
He was my first love
Everyone warned me,
"He isn't kind. "
But my crazy heart,
It didn't mind.
And then we got close
He was my first kiss
He was the most romantic guy
I had ever seen.
He was also my first mistake,
My first heartbreak.
The first time my heart felt pain.
Everyone was right
He made me cry
'Cause he broke my heart with a smile.
He was my first love
The first time that my heart was crying out.
And I knew that it was the last time
I had fallen down -
Fallen hard, in love
He was my last, last, first love.
