Roll Call! (And some ground rules)

Alright! Well, I hope you lot are ready! I guess we'll start with roll call! 

Countries, be sure to say you're here, and speak loudly, at that! After all, we wouldn't want to mark you absent- you might miss a detail or two! 

While you're busy with that, however, I think it'd be best to lay down some ground rules- after all, I'm sure everyone knows how rowdy some of you countries can get. So, without further ado, allow me to read off the rules. 

Rules for World Meetings

Be sure to PM me if you want to have a world topic/theme discussed!: Like I said in the beginning of the book, please PM me at least a day before the scheduled World Meeting about a topic of theme you'd like us all to discuss. While I might not be able to get to all of them, I'll try my best, so send in questions! They can be serious or just fun and silly, but please, have them at least pertain a little to the 'World events' topic, or Hetalia in general. 

You can say no to questions if you want to: Sometimes, we'll all have those times where we just don't want to answer a question, and that's completely alright. You always, always have the right to refuse to answer a question, or just sit out of a conversation for a bit. After all, it happens to all of us, so we should all be able to relate to it. 

That being said, please respect other's views on the situation: We all have our separate opinions about the topics, and we all want to share them. However, it is not mature, nor even necessary to diss, bash, or put down another's two cents on the matter just because you don't agree on it. Simply put- respect everyone's views on it.

Please, keep things down to a PG-13 level: Guys, c'mon. There shouldn't really need to be much said on it.  If you wouldn't bring it up with your grandma around, don't bring it up around here.

No Racism allowed: There's not even really going to be a warning for this one- no one needs to be racist on here. There's no reason to, honestly. If I catch you, or someone else tells me that you are being discriminatory to someone else, you're out. The end. 

Lastly, keep the outside chatter for outside: There will be a sort of lounge/cafeteria section of the book for all the other talk you wanna do.

With everything in order, let us begin this first meeting! For the first week, it'll be located in Budapest!
