Etihw x Kcalb

 AUTHORS NOTE!!: PLEASE NOTE I REALIZE THERE ARE NO AMUSEMENT PARKS IN THE GRAY GARDEN BUT THERE ARE NOW COOL RIGHT??? 

   It was a fairly sunny day, no clouds in the sky whats so ever, which made it a perfect day to go to a fair. Kcalb reluctantly agreed to going, not wanting to leave the castle. But in the end he decided to because it was one of the most excited he had ever seen Etihw to actually leave the castle and be active. Wodas and Groara decided to go with them, as of it would be pretty boring alone in the castle. Not to mention Kcalb had practically BEGGED his brother to come along so he could help him convince the God he had extreme motion sickness and couldn't go on any ride what-so ever. But as soon as the four arrived Wodas and Groara ditched together to go play basic competitive shooting games. It was just him and Etihw. 

 As soon as they got into the main park Etihw got extremely excited, asking to go on ever ride almost like a child. Kcalb refused and slowly followed behind the God. He didn't plan on mentioning heights and speed scared him, the God would just use that as another way of teasing him.  They decided a better alternative was to sit on a bench and eat cotton candy. 

Etihw sat chewing happily on the Blue cotton candy. Kcalb quietly ate his pink cotton candy, not daring to speak. "So.. Do you like this place?" Etihw asked breaking the silence. Kcalb nodded slightly. "Its okay.." He muttered, throwing more cotton candy into his mouth. Etihw pushed him slightly, "Come on.. You know you love it here... Next to me.. So romantic~" The God gushed. Kcalb blushed like crazing and started choking on his cotton candy. Etihw laughed at his embarrassed outburst. As soon as Kcalb caught his breath he stood up, "I'M DONE EATING MY APPETITE IS RUINED THANKS TO YOU" he announced.  Etihw continued laughing, "Come on it was funny!" the God giggled. 

 As soon as Etihw was finished they continued walking around the fair. After a few minutes they heard a familiar voice, "YO!!! OLD MAN!! ETIHW!!" It was Yosafire. The young demon bounded over, Froze chasing after her. "Don't greet them so casually!!" Froze scolded. "Why are you here? Are you on a date?" Yosafire asked curiously. Her face suddenly grew red, she gasped. "I shouldn't have asked!! I'm sorry!!" She apologized quickly. Kcalb was blushing like crazy, as expected of the shy Devil. Etihw just smiled. "Of sorts, I would call it more of an outing." they explained. Kcalb's face got even redder. "It's not 'Of Sorts' its not a date,Period!" He growled. Yosafire just laughed. "Don't get so offended! Me and Froze are on a date too!! Aren't we Froze?" Yosafire said smiling. Froze frowned, "Don't call it that!" she hissed. "Hm, well, we better return to our date! Have fun! Bye Etihw and Old Man!!" Yosafire cheered. She quickly grabbed Froze's hand and skipped off.  Kcalb shook his fist at her like an old man as she left, "Stop calling me old man!!" 

 Eti and Kcalb continued their journey through the park, eventually they reached a Ferris wheel. The raven haired God clapped their hands, "We should go on it!!" They cheered. Kcalb stayed quiet for a moment. Ferris wheels didn't go too high. And they didn't go fast. He sighed, "Might as well while we're here." He gave in. Etihw smiled brightly, "Good! I'm glad I didn't have to force you on" They giggled. Kcalb sighed. He sighed and got in line beside them. 

When they finally got in a seat the ride started going up slowly. The seat moved slightly, but it was fairly still. Etihw looked around smiling, while Kcalb looked fairly nervous. "Hey... You okay?" The god asked. They didn't seem very concerned... "I-I'm fine! Are you okay?" Kcalb stuttered. Etihw smiled mischievously. "Your not scared of heights are you?" The ride stopped to allow more riders on. "No! Only the weak are afraid of heights!" Kcalb responded, trying to sound as dignified as possible. "Good.. But what if I did... This!" Etihw started rocking the seat slightly, swaying it back and forth. Kcalb panicked, they weren't at the top but they were pretty high up. "Eti stop!! Y-You could break the ride." Kcalb shouted nervously. Etihw laughed. "I'M GOD I DO WHAT I WANT!!" They continued rocking the seat. Kcalb was holding on for dear life. Suddenly the ride started again so the seat automatically stopped shaking. The ride moved for a bit, there wasn't much conversation. Then their car stopped at the absolute top. Etihw looked around, "The fair looks nice from up here." they said with a content sigh. Kcalb nodded, still to frightened to speak. Etihw leaned over and put their head onto Kcalb shoulder and sighed, closing their eyes. Kcalb blushed slightly but soon calmed down enough to actually enjoy the physical contact. The ride started moving again and didn't stop until they were up top again. Etihw moved off of Kcalb's shoulder and looked up. "Looks like rain.." They muttered. Then, as if called... It started to pour. They just sat in silence for a moment before truly realize what was happening. "I thought you said the weather was sunny today."  "I thought it was"

 The ride started moving quickly, trying to get everyone off. Both Kcalb and Etihw hurried off to shelter. There practically weren't any good cover spots so they had to stand under a tree. Neither of them moving. Suddenly Etihw moved Kcalb's arm, moving his coat as well. The small God put his arm around them.  "W-What are you doing Eti?" Kcalb asked blushing. "Trying to get comfortable. Its warm in your jacket." Etihw explained. "I guess your okay to stay there..." Kcalb stuttered. "Good. Because I didn't plan on moving." Eti said with a giggle. "You would If I told you too." Kcalb growled. The conversation eased up eventually, going from talking about the jacket to both of them getting fairly comfortable. They talked about pretty flowers they viewed in the garden and simple peaceful things. 

END NOTE:

Well that was alot longer then expected. Its like 3:45 am and I started this at 12:30pm nice. Um, I hope you liked it! I know it was kinda crappy but its my first time writing a one shot and I kinda like it a bit!! Sorry the characters are a bit OOC.. I forgot about alot of things until halfway. And I used they/them pronouns for Eti in fear of fans getting mad as of they dont have a cannon gender!! Uhh hope you liked it!!
