Rin has been avoiding you, since the mission where he lost control, and showed everyone his "true nature". He had come to cram school and tried to associate with everyone, except they didn't want it. The only person, who weren't exactly as afraid of him as the others, was you. You'd tried to ask the others if he had told them anything, but they just became silent. Shiemi was the only one who would answer and the only thing you got was a quiet "No".

You'd tried to confront Rin himself, but he would mumble something about being busy and then run off. It was starting to get on your nerves. You two were rather close before the mission. Now you were beginning to doubt your friendship.

In the time being, you sat staring at your homework, not really focusing. As your thoughts, about Rin, hit you, your face clouded over. There hadn't been one day where you hadn't been thinking about the situation. You sighed and leaned your head on your palm as you looked at your reflection in the window. It was pitch black outside and the lightning was good, aka you could see your face very clearly. You had bags under your eyes, since you had been working on your homework so much, that your sleep schedule messed up. Your H/l hair was messy as well.

A knock on your door made you tear your gaze away from the window and look at the door. Who would come to at a Friday night, this late? Taking a deep breath through your nose, you stood up and opened the door, only the slightest. Your eyes widened when they met some teal ones.

"Y-Yukio?" You stuttered and opened the door completely. He nodded and stepped in, when you stepped back and motioned for him to come in. "What bring you here, at this time?" You asked, feeling a little awkward. It was your crush's twin brother and your teacher.

"I'm going on a mission,-" He started, but you interrupted.

"This late?!" You exclaimed and immediately regretted it. You blushed in embarrassment. Yukio pushed his glasses up further on his nose and nodded.

"Yes, you never know when you're needed, when you're an exorcist," he said. You nodded slowly. "What I was gonna say is... I want you to watch Rin," he finished.

"What?" You said.

"I want you to watch Rin."

"But why? And why exactly me? What about Shiemi, I'm sure she would do it." You mumbled and looked away.

"Because he needs to do at least some of his homework and because now I asked you," he stated. The second part didn't really sound like something Yukio would say, so it startled you slightly.

"I'm not sure..." you said, slowly. Hadn't he noticed how Rin refused to talk or even look at you?

"Please Y/n! Plus you two really need to talk," he said.

"He's the one who doesn't want to talk and forcing him, won't exactly make it better!" You let out. You'd needed to say it to someone other than the empty air. Yukio sighed and let his teal orbs meet your E/c ones. Neither of you looked away until you groaned frustrated.

"Okay, fine! I'll do it, but if he ends up hating me even more, you take all the blame!" You gave in. He smiled triumphantly and nodded, agreeing to your terms.

"Okay then, come with me!" He said and grabbed your wrist.

"W-wait, what about my stuff?" You asked.

"The only thing I can see, is homework and I don't think that's gonna go anywhere," he said and pulled you after him. You huffed and said nothing else. The walk to Yukio's and his brothers shared dorm was rather silent. None of you dared to break the silence, but you liked it. It wasn't until the building was in sight, you started feeling anxious. Why did you agree? Rin would for sure say no when he saw you.
