Ciel Phantomhive, a twelve year old boy, lied down in a hospital bed. He had gotten into a car accident and had severe head injuries and had gone into a coma. The doctors were unsure he would wake up. But his butler, Sebastian Michealis, had faith. He believed his master was strong, and would fight as hard as he could every day to wake up.

Weeks, months went by, but the preteen stayed asleep. But Sebastian stayed calm. He believed Young Master would wake up. The butler never left his side, no one would make him. Sebastian would always check Ciel's temperature, and would fix his sheets every morning. The eyes patch had been lost, but thankfully his eyes stayed closed so no one could see it.

Finnian, MeyRin, and Bardroy visited Ciel everyday that they could, but they were always cleaning the Manor, preparing for Ciel to come home everyday, but.. He never came. They began to loose hope, afraid he would never wake up. Grell, Undertaker, , and his severant, Agni , came to visit a lot, too. The Undertaker would measure him, and ask Sebastian how would he like the coffin to look. The butler would end up throwing something at him, telling the man to get out or bad things might happen.

"Young master.. It's time to wake up." Sebastian told Ciel every day, but he would never wake up.

He would bring Earl Grey tea, his favorite, and many assorted sweets, which the young Earl also loved. Ciel's face got paler and paler as the days went by, and his temperature continued to drop. This coma was killing him, and Sebastian refused to allow it. He did everything in his will to prevent it, but nothing worked. One day, the line on the machine was straight.
The young master was finally at peace. He had seen his parents, who waved to him, softly smiling. The young boy started to cry, running towards them.
"Mom! Dad!"
Beeeeep.
