Kennedy’s P.O.V

We arrived at the airport. “Welcome to Sunny Australia.” my best friend said. “You need some color in your skin dear.” She laughed. I tried to scowl at her but ended up laughing. We walked out of the airport and got a Taxi to Melbourne Hotel. We got into the hotel and put our stuff down. “I’m tired. I’m going to sleep.” I said. She frowned at me. “No we are going to explore so later you don’t get lost.” She forced me off the bed and out of the hotel. The weather really was nice though. I guess maybe I should try exploring a bit. We got out and started walking. “Oh best friend of mine, please stop stopping.” I turned around to see no one was behind me. Oh. My. Gosh. My heart stopped. She knew her way round Melbourne. She came here every year with her family but this year she wanted to go with me. Now I’m lost. I looked at my phone. Low battery. Oh crap. The was a gust of wind. My brown hair started flying everywhere and I managed to let go of my phone. I  ran after it and dumped into someone. “I’m so sorry!” I said and looked up. This guy was built! He looked at me really angrily. “What have we got her?” He towered above me. The man grabbed my hair. “Ouch!” I screamed in pain. I heard quick footsteps coming towards me. “Hey. I’m so sorry. My friend got lost. She’s not from here. I’d appreciate it if you let go of her.” The man let go of me. I turned around to see Beau Brooks. My mouth dropped. “Play along with it.” he whispered. “I’m really sorry. I dropped my phone when I was trying to call him.” He snarled at me and handed me my phone. The man left. “Thank you so much!” he smiled. “I’m Beau. What’s your name?” I blushed. “I’m Kennedy.” then I remembered how I got into the situation in the first place. “What’s wrong?” “I lost my best friend. She kept stopping and I didn’t realize. She knows her way around Melbourne but I have no clue. My phone’s almost dead and I don’t know where she could be.” Beau smiled. “OI! GUYS! We’re gonna help Kennedy look for her friend.”  Daniel, James, Luke and Jai all came along. As if I just met the Janoskians and they’re helping me. “What’s her name?” Luke asked. “Jade.” I said. The boys scattered round, screaming Jade everywhere. I couldn’t help but giggle even though this was a serious matter. Beau stared at me. “Sorry. You have beautiful eyes.” I could feel my cheeks burning up. We had looked everywhere and two hours had gone passed. “I’m sorry for bothering you guys. How do I get to Melbourne hotel?” Luke attempted to give me directions but in the end they had to walk me there. “Sorry again. And thanks.” They all grinned. Wow they’re so nice. “No problem. I actually had fun. Here’s my number if you need a tour guide.” We exchanged numbers and as I was about to turn round someone caught my eye. “JADE? WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN - ALL MY L-L-LIFE?” I don’t know how I was able to make jokes after all the walking she put me through. “I’ve been looking for you! Oh hello?” she looked at the boys confused. “When did you guys meet Kennedy?” My mouth dropped. “Oh! Was that the Jade you were talking about? We could have just called her for you.” James said. The boys broke out in laughter. “Well see you guys tomorrow?” Jade said. “Sure.” Daniel replied. “I’ll properly introduce all of you and Kennedy tomorrow.” Beau spoke up. “How about tonight. We should go to that Chinese restaurant.” Jade’s eyes lit up. “See you guys tonight.” With that they walked off. “YOU KNEW JONASKIANS AND YOU DIDN’T TELL ME?” Jade giggled. “I wanted to surprise you. I  knew how much you love Beau and I thought Beau would go for you.” I blushed. “Really?” She sighed. “Yup. Now lets go get ready. You got a date with Beau Brooks.” She said winking.
