Well once I got back on the bike the bike was fine. The only thing wrong was my bark buster had moved down. I rode back about 5 kilometres to were the first aid tent was. My Dad was about ten meters in front of it waiting for me. He said " we're have you been I have been worried sick the boys said you were right behind them". I just hopped of my bike and took my helmet, googles, glove, neck brace and body armour off. I said to Dad " think my arm is broken!" We rushed strait to the medical tent and she cut my jersey off and said with the swelling I've got it is definitely broken. She made a sling and a bandage to keep the pressure on the break. We where in Boddington and we had a 2-3 hour drive back to Armadale hospital. On the way there my Dad kept driving really slow on the bumpy road surface. We got to Jarradale junction I rang my Mum to tell her the news. She was so shocked, rang her so she could take the car home so no one could steal my bike. I went strait into emergency there was only a few people in there. There was a guy there is name was Tu-Po he was playing rugby and he broke his shoulder bone. I got my temporary cast put on and they got the plaster everywhere.
The next week I went back to get my second plaster cast but they put on a cast that I could take on and off for my shower and adjust the tightness of the cast. The doctor said that it would only take 6 weeks to recover but in the end it was a 10 week recovery with the cast. We went to Exmouth with a few families we went to the local skatepark where I rode my BMX with a broken wrist. I went fishing and caught a 40 centimetre Queen fish and a 60 centimetre Diamond Trevally. I basically had to walk around and lay back everyday of this horrid cast and break.Stay tuned for the next chapter 👍👍👍👍😷😷
