She always adored the sun. The way it shines and provides light for the earth just like him. He was her sun, and for her he shined beautifully.
He was rude, arrogant, and selfish but people were drawn to him. Ignoring the whispers she belives he is selfless, kind, and perfect. For her, he was a mystery at it made him special.
He never noticed her. Just like the sun she thinks unatainable. They became classmates in the horrid subject she loathes. Knowing they were classmates she looked forward to the subject. She thinks it's fate maybe she could reach him finally. She was truly happy.
Slowly they became friends she discovered he was silent and distant. And his eyes, his beautiful eyes somewhat grazed with deep sadness. She wondered if she could erase it. She fell depper and depper every single day. Even so she didnt mind it made her feel complete.
He was beautiful but he was the sun and she was just a star. Now she knew she cant reach him ever. Smiling bitterly she thought of the day he saw his beautiful smile so genuine and she knew he was complete. But it wasnt for her it will never be.
She came. She saw him slack jawed his eyes with suprise and confusion. Then changed to longing, concern and happiness. It was the first time she saw his eyes contain an emotion other than sadness. And she knew she was different and she was special. Honestly she felt insecure.
She could never hate her. She was a friend. She was the complete opposite of her and and the perfect match for him. Then she realized she was just a star and that girl was the moon his moon. He supported his moon by giving her light and in return the moon never left the sun.
She knows he is complete. His amber eyes say so. He started to crack jokes, laugh and smile. Because his moon is there he is contented. She knew everthing about him that girl his scowls, action and even his weird choice of words. They have been though a lot together. They are complete.
She was the brightest star but she knew she could never outshine the moon. The sun and her moon were together as it should be.
She wont interfere after all she was just a star. ★
