The bell for lunch had just went off and i was so happy because i was straving like crazy. As i made my way to the cafeteria i felt a tap on my sholder and as i turned around i got lost in his ocean blue eyes im sure yall know who it was the handsom John .
"Um yes" i said quietly looking away from his gaze
" Sorry, i just wanted to apologize for my girlfriend for calling you retarded sometimes she can be a-"
"pain in the butt" i said really fast. He didnt say nothing he just stood there for a minute
" Oh my gosh im sorry for saying that"
"No it's okay its just..... You look very familiar, have we met before?" His question took me by suprise we have been going to school together since kindergarden i cant believe that he dont know me, and i know much about him. WOW I thought. Finally i said
"Um we have been going to school together since kindergarden my name is Kyla, Kyla Smith" i said sticking out my hand and he shook it but didnt say anything i guess he was thinking.
"Oh Well im John Randel i dont remeber you but i dont really talk too people that much" I cant belive he is going to sit here and lie to my face he's the most popular boy in school he talks to everyone but me. How could he though im just a nobody a ugly nobody at that .
"Well i gotta get going i dont want Helen too get worried, oh yeah sorry agin about what she said she's a good girl i know she didnt mean it" he said as he walked away. As if she is a "good girl"
Unfortunately i dont have lunch with Sam so its just me . I guess im going to be the weird girl that sit by herself at lunch doing nothing but eat.
After lunch i went to my fifth period which was Language Arts AP and i could tell the teacher was going to be mean because it was the first day and we already had a seating chart. I looked around for my seat and when i found it i was sitting by the one person i disliked the most Helen. More students started to fill the class room and then John came in .
"BABE" Helen screamed everyone looked at her luckily the teacher was outside in the halls .
"Hey honey pie, I thought you had her first period?"
"Yea i did but i changed my scheduel around so here i am"
"Here you are" he said and then his gaze landed on me
"Oh hey Kyla"
"Hi" i said shyly Helen just rolled her eyes and then said
"Um Honey take your seat before you get introuble on the first day" he shook his head and just my luck his seat was right infront of mine. GOODY i thought
