We ran up the stairs to his cabin, his fingers still lingering on my waist. He kissed the side of my neck as I pulled the door open, pushing the inner door. Our shoes were off in seconds, our lips hungrily meshing.

His fingertips were rough on my hips, his calloused digits sliding under my shirt. A gravelly moan escaped his lips when I scratched his shoulder blade, leaving three long red lines on his porcelain skin.

He pushed my frame into the living room wall rather hard, knocking the breath from my chest. He was visibly rougher... stronger. I was absolutely okay with it.

His lips dragged down my collar, his hot breath cascading across me. I could feel his teeth nipping at the skin as he went, sending pulses of heat throughout my body. His fingernails dug into my side, causing a strangled yelp.

His lower half pressed into mine forcefully, holding me in place. His teeth became more prominent on my neck, his breathing seeming heavier than before.

Suddenly, he drew away from me, his fingernails piercing the skin of my left side. I gasped, watching him go to the other side of the room, the back of his hand held under his nose. I finally looked down, seeing blood dripping from four crescent moons.

"Michael, what's -"

His voice was shaky, as if he were hurt, "Just leave."

My mouth parted as my stomach dropped to my feet, what changed in a matter of 3 minutes? I thought he was just getting into it.

"D-Did I do something or-"

He kept his back to me, never looking me in the eye, "Rosie. Leave."

Tears formed in my eyes, holding my bottom lip in order to hold back my sobs, "Fine, you fucking asshole!"

I picked up my jacket and my shoes, my face soaking. He was using me. All he was doing was using me because I'm the new girl and I'm naive and clueless.

And I fell for it.

---

"And he just made you walk home?" Calum asked, pulling me closer into his side. I had cried to Calum on the phone, him coming to the rescue and picking me up on a random road miles out of town. I didn't want to have to call him but when you walk for almost two hours into nothingness, you have no choice.

"Basically," I pulled my leg up to rest over his, my head against his chest. Calum was good at comforting people surprisingly, his original asshole vibe seeming to slip away.

That 70s Show played on his TV, my favourite show putting a light smile on my face. Calum's finger drew small shapes on my shoulder, calming me.

"Hey, what's-" Luke appeared in the door way as I jumped, unsure of whether I was startled or I just didn't want Luke to see.
His features faltered, his adams apple bobbing, "A-Am I interruping something?"

"No," I said, looking down at Calum's calm face, "Of course not."

Luke looked between us cautiously, his stare loitering on me before he looked to his feet. He rose his left hand, a plastic bag held tightly, "I brought rocky road and strawberry swirl."

20 minutes later, Luke was in the loop on what I had experienced only hours ago and we were all curled up on the couch. My spoon dug deep into the tub of strawberry ice cream, bringing the creamy goodness up to my mouth.

Calum slid his tub onto the coffee table, "It's only 11, do you guys wanna do something?"

"Jason's having a party on central drive, but Rose doesn't really know anyone so I don't -"

"No!" I cut Luke off, resting my hand on his thigh, "We should go. I want to go, I need to get my mind off of this."

Calum and Luke looked between each other, shrugging.

"Let's go."
