Nicky Pov 

i cant believe ray thought i was cheating on him because im not. Miles is my friend from way back when and now since he's back in town he wanted to catch up. He moved to some place but i forgot where but i wont lie i dont think me becoming close with Miles again is a good idea

(at home sitting on the bed)( phone rings)

Me: Hello......

???: Hey Nicky open the door its hot out here(chuckles)

Me: okay im coming...(hangs up)(go downstairs and opens the door) Hey Miles

Miles: hey...its been so long how have you been?(hugs you)

Me: i've been good...you?( hugs back)

Miles: too tired for life actually....are you busy right now

Me: no why

Miles: well i thought it would be a good idea to hang out....you know....go get something to eat, go to the movies, maybe even talk for a little bit and catch up since its been so long...but thats only if you dont mind 

Me: that sounds like a great idea let me just get me shoes...wait here

i went to get some shoes because i was not in the mood to change my whole outfit for something so small....aint nobody got time for that

Me: lets go

i closed the door and left with miles to the movies first. We watched Gone Girl and i was so shocked at how women can be just to get a mans attention but anyway we went to IHOP and got some food and talked about everything we could think of. i guess he stills knows how to make me laugh

Miles: so tell whats been going with you in general....give me all the details 

Me: nothing really....i mean i still live in the same house, go to the same school, chill with the same people...

Miles: wow i feel like i could leave for another eight years and come back and your life will still be boring( laughs)

Me: shut up....( giggles).....i never told you to leave and besides maybe if you stayed then my life wouldnt be so boring

Miles: yea right...i bet you still dont have a boyfriend right

Me: ( smiles a bit looking down) well FYI i do have a boyfriend and his name is Ray

Miles: wow look at you getting all frenzied up in the couples circle( laugh a bit)

Me: anyway how long are you here for 

Miles: Forever and i start school tomorrow ... i hope we have the same classes so that i dont get suck with strangers

Me: me too cause Lord know my maths class is way too boring  to even begin with(giggles)

Miles: i glad to be back here with you 

Me: me too

we finished our food and went to his house which was by far not a good idea. Not only does Miles stay on the same as Ray, he is right next door to Ray and Princeton stays on that as well!!!! so of course there is going to be tension. Ray and the guys were playing Basketball outside and when Chresanto( Roc) saw me his reaction made all eyes turn my way. i got out the car first and pretended as if i didnt see them at all and was focused on miles and the shopping bags in the car (by the way we went shopping after we ate) then as i was laughing at my conversation with miles, princeton called out to me

Princeton: YO NICKY.......COME HERE!!!

this cant not be good....i went over to them with miles by side and bags in our hands. i saw the look ray gave me and miles but i just ignored it. like i said cheating is not life for me

Me: hey guys whats up

Prod: nothing just playing some ball...you? whos your friend

Me: just chilling....guys this is Miles my best friend from way back

Ray POV

honestly i dont think Nicky is cheating but she has been distant lately and i dont want to loose her to this miles guy even if hes just the best friend.

Me: whats up miles....you good 

Miles: yea now that im back and i got my best friend with me i dont think i could be any more greater

Me: right...

Nicky: uh miles this is Princeton, Prodigy and Roc Royal but thats what we call them in the squad and finally this is Ray Ray my boyfriend( smiles a little but seems upset)

Miles: oh this is guy you were talking about....its nice to meet to all especially you  Ray its good to know that somebody was finally able to steal her heart.... she can be a bitch sometimes

Nicky: excuse me who you calling a bitch? dont forget that i whopped your ass back in the day so dont even try 

we all laughed

Miles: whatever

Roc: hey miles do you wanna play as a fill in for princeton since b-ball is not his sport

Princeton: go eat an ant 

Miles: i would like to but i gotta help with these bags first

Me: oh i got it besides i need to talk to nicky anyway( takes the bags)

Prod: guys can we play the damn game like shit man i've been waiting

Miles: alright

they went and played while i took the bags into Miles' house with nicky

Me: so....

Nicky:  do you believe me now( looking down to the floor and upset)

Me: hey babe whats wrong( pulls her close and lifts her chin)

Nicky: its just the fact that you already thought that i was cheating on you when we havent been together for that long. Its like we started a relationship with no foundation of trust and you're the one who is not trusting me. it just hurts a little( starts to cry)

Me: look im sorry i made you feel that way i was just insecure and i let that get the best of me. I do trust you and I love you as well because i wouldnt be here if i didnt. I'm sorry i put you in that position where you think i dont trust you ( wiping her tears and kissed her forehead)

Nicky: its okay i forgive you

Me: I Love You....( kisses her)

Nicky: i love you too ( kisses back)
