ALEX'S POV
It was another boring day,teachers,study,homework you name it! As the bell rang classes to a close everyone rushed to the lockers.I was pushed & shoved from all directions.But it didnt matter to me once I could leave school,for it was friday & I had the whole weekend ahead of me.
As I opened the green double exit door I was blinded by the scorching sun,but also relieved that I could be free for another two days until im back in that hell hole, but i didnt want to think that way.As I waited for my mom to come collect me, minutes went by which soon turned to hours until I recieved a message."Sorry I'm running abit late,start walking home and I'll meet you on the way xoxo"
I started my long journey with my bag full to the top & even some books in my hands.I thought the day would never end.I became exhausted from the pressure of my bag,so I took out my phone to call my mom but was furious by the message I had recieved. "Something urgent came up your going have to walk home.Im sorry love mom xoxox"
As I got closer & closer to the house it was already dark the street lights came on & reflected off the row of cars parked against the path.I was exhausted from all my books and decided to take a short cut through a dark alley.The alley was pitch black so I took out my phone for some kind of light.As I walked I pionted my phone infront of me so I could see what direction I was going in.I began to hear a loud breathing coming from somewhere in the alley.I myself began to breath heavily for I was frightened at what lerked in this spooky alley way.I ran while pionting my phone out straight it began to shake everywhere.As it shook I spotted something,something I wish was my imagination."BLOOD"
BERTIE'S POV
"Blood everywhere" I didnt mean for this to happen I couldnt control myself I had a craving I dont known whats gotten into me.I normally choose my prey not at random.I ran for what felt like hours through the town trying not to be seen, a trail of blood was left behind me as I ran into a dark alley way.I curled up into a corner out of sight & drank till I nearly chocked it tasted so refreshing on the tip of my tounge.
As i wiped the blood from my face and hair, I heard foot steps.They became louder & louder till I soon spotted someone in the distance running towards me.I was shocked because once people see my fangs dripping with blood they would run the opposite direction but this human ran towards me she seemed to be panting loudly as if she seen a vampire well thats funny for me to say.Her phone dropped to the ground & shone up on her face she was beatiful not like any other human.She was small & skinny wearing a school uniform which looked worn out.Her sleeves were ripped & her skirt was just above her knees she wore ankle lenght socks with sparkly galaxy creepers.She was tanned with maybe a few freckles on her nose, really long brown hair which was blonde underneath,which was probably dyed .She was perfect.
ALEX POV
I ran as fast as I could through the terrifying alley way.As I ran my phone fell out of my hands & shone in my face.I picked it up and turned it towards the opposite direction & seen a young boy maybe the age of 16 sitting on the ground facing me.His hair was light blonde with a hint of red on his fringe, but it didnt seem dyed it was like a wet blood colour.I screamed for what seemed like a second but he covered my mouth with his cold skinny hands.He stared me right in the eyes.
"SSSSHHHHH people will here you"he said
