Veronica (aunt) POV

I sit in silent in the new and large room I got from Hope. I sigh. They're so rich, they could just pay for everything.

No, I think to myself. That would only make things worse. I made this mess, and I need to clean it up.

I look at the heroin in my hands. The devlish drug that could end a kid's future, schoolcareer or even a life. I breathe in and out a few times. I can do this. Two more jobs and I'm done.

They leave me and my family alone.

And no more drugdealing. Ever again.

Arizona's POV

"Okay fine.", I say while Nate is laughing.

Zack and Blair went to my house already and are now probably waiting. Nate and I did the 'endgame' and the guy I hit on was appearently gay. He totally started flirting with Nate, wich was awkward as hell.

"You win.", I admit against my will.

"Yes!", Nate says. "That's all I wanted to hear. It's always been my life goal to hear you say that.'', Nate jokes.

"Hah ha. Very funny. Enjoy this, because I will beat you many times more.''

"You're right, let's go, Aurora."

"Aurora?"

"Yeah, because you froze last time."

"Oh."  I bring my eyes down as I remember why I came here.

"Sorry, did it bring back a bad memory?"

"No, well sort of. You reminded me of something...'' I ended the sentence here. Nate deserves better than Blair. I don't want him to..

Nate looks at me questioningly.

''The real world. I won't be winning bets, or having slumberparties. I have stuff to do. But for tonight, I'm in for Truth or Dare."

"You're sixteen, why are you so grown-up? You should be rebellious, do drugs, go to parties.."

"I see you have an amazing influence on me.'', I joke and he laughs. His smile is so sweet and his laugh makes me feel like the luckiest girl alive to be talking to him right now.

''No, I'm serious. What happend last time? You always said later. Now is later.''

''It's kind of personal, actually.''

''You're a real mystery, you know that?''

''A little mystery can't hurt.'' I say smiling.

''You never answered my question.'', Nate says trowing me back to reality. My smile vanishes and I sigh.

''Look, I didn't have much of a childhood, actually. And I never got the chance to be rebellious to my parents or anyone else. I never had time to do drugs or get wasted. I've never partied like there was no tomorrow or lived for today. I had to think forward. And I still have to. It's the only thing I know."

I see Nate's look change and I smile, trying to not make him feel sad. Or worse, pity me.

"But enough about the past and depressing thoughts. Let's go have fun."

I turn to call the limo but Nate grabs my hand. He looks down and then he looks right into my eyes. I shock from his sudden intensity and seriousness. I look at him confused.

"Arizona, I just want you to know that I'm really sorry about what happend back then. I was a teenager too, ... Even tough I know it doesn't make up for anything I did. I was an idiot, and I probably still am. That you're a Graymond means you dealt with tons of bad people, like me and Chuck. I truely respect how strong you are, Arizona. You have gone trough more now than old people have their whole life and I really admire the way you deal with things. You do it the way most people don't. With a pure heart."
