Castiel healed her broken wrist just as Dean, Tori, and Sam ran up to the room.
"Cas? The hell you doing here?" Dean asked.
"I sensed that Jenna was in danger," Cas explained.
"How? You only met her once, so how would be able to know if she's in trouble?"
"I don't know, just a feeling actually. I heard her scream. I don't understand it," Cas said."Well can we get out of here please and go back to the motel?" Tori spoke up.
"Yeah come on, we'll meet back up in a few minutes," Sam agreed and turned around to walk out of the room. Cas looked at Jenna one more time before she followed everyone and he walked behind her.Cas was the first angel that she had seen in person. Another hunter along the road explained about them and gave the girls his spare angel blades. Now one had saved her life like he was practically her guardian angel.
The girls got in their car and the guys got in theirs as they drove back to the motel.
"Dude, what happened back there?" Tori asked on the ride back.
"Well one of those vampire assholes broke my wrist and then a few seconds later Cas appeared out of no where. He killed both of them instantly and then he fixed my wrist," Jenna explained.
"He's your guardian angel," Tori smirked."Haha probably not, I've been in danger tons of other times and he's never shown up."
"Well then maybe not guardian angel...just your angel. He knew you were in trouble," Tori explained.
"Maybe," Jenna smiled as they pulled into the parking lot.Tori and Jenna changed into more comfortable clothing and met the guys in their room. Tori sat next Sam on the one bed and Jenna, Cas, and Dean sat on the other across from them.
"How long have you guys been hunters?" Sam asked the girls.
"Since the end of our senior year of high school so probably about 7 years," Tori replied."We've been hunting since we were born practically. Our father was a hunter. Nice work at the police station by the way, there were a lot of demons there. Hey we have a place to stay if you guys would like come with us. It's a bunker that used to be owned by the men of letters. We have plenty of room," Sam asked.
"Wow men of letters, that place has gotta be pretty old," Jenna thought.
"It is, it's filled with books that are hundreds of years old," Dean explained. Jenna looked to Tori to see if she agreed about going with them. Yeah they had just met them, but they were hunters and they proved their skill. Tori nodded her head.
"Yeah we'll go with. It'd be nice to actually stay somewhere for more than two days," Jenna smiled."Great, we could leave now if you want. It's about a two hour's drive away. You can sleep right away when we get back since it's getting late," Dean said.
"Okay, just let us get our stuff," Tori got up from the bed. Jenna followed her and felt Cas's gaze on her."Ooo here's your chance to get with your man," Jenna laughed when they got to their room.
"Shut up, you wanna get closer to your angel too," Tori smiled.
"Yes, yes I do," Jenna said while she threw stuff in her bag. Once they had finished, they went outside to where the guys were filling their trunk."If you want, it'll probably be easier if I drove your car back in case we'd get split up or anything," Dean offered.
"Sure, Cas you're coming with us," Jenna smiled and pulled his arm towards her car.
"Tori you can ride back with Sam," Jenna smirked at her plan.Dean gave Sam the Impala keys and Jenna gave her's to Dean. Jenna sat in the middle and Cas sat next to her in the front. The back seats were full of Jenna and Tori's bags and would be too small for Cas.
Jenna reached back and dug a bag of Doritos out of her duffle bag.
"Want some?" She asked Cas after she opened the bag and leaned it towards him.
"Oh, no thank you. Angels don't really eat. I do enjoy cheeseburgers though," Cas smiled.
"Suit yourself," She laughed," How about you?" She leaned the bag over to Dean."Hell yeah," Dean smirked and took a few chips while driving her car. In the Impala, Tori and Sam were laughing and getting to know eachother better.
"I went to Stanford for a little. I left when Dean asked for my help on a hunt," Sam explained when the subject of college was brought up."Wow, that's a great school. And you gave all that up? You sound like you're really smart and would've gotten a really good job," Tori said.
"Haha thanks, well once our dad died, I didn't really wanna leave Dean by himself. And after a few of those hunts, I realized that this is my life and this is what I love to do," Sam smiled."I probably would've done the same thing, I can't imagine my life being any different right now," Tori laughed.
Jenna opened the glove compartment and started digging through her cds.
"Ah, here's something good," She held up a Breaking Benjamin cd and pushed it into the slot.
"Not bad taste," Dean smiled once a song started playing."So Cas, are you like my guardian angel?" Jenna looked at him.
"Well I'm not really your guardian, but do feel the need to protect you. I don't really know how I knew you needed help," Cas explained, honestly.
"Aww, well I'm glad you came when you did. Thank you," She smiled and gave him a side hug.
"Ugh too mushy, save it for later," Dean spoke up."Oh stop," Jenna laughed and nudged his shoulder. About an hour into the drive, she started to get tired. She tried to get comfortable and lean her head back, but when they drove over a bump later, her head fell to Cas's shoulder.
"Dean, what do I do?" Cas asked, looking down at her. Dean looked over and lightly laughed.
"You put your arm around her."
Cas did what Dean said and gently moved his arm to put it around her. She instinctively snuggled up into his chest. Cas smiled and tightened his grip around her.
