Outlawed is a Phanfiction about how any physical contact is illegal. The decision was made a long time ago do to over population. Holding hands can put you in prison for a year and a half (I think) and Phil's sister has done a lot more that just hold hands with someone. Because of this Phil and his family are blamed and glared at and judged for what his sister did.
Ever one hates him until a new student is introduced to the class. His name is Dan and Phil is afraid if Dan finds out what his sister did than he would hate him like everyone else. Little does Phil know from right about the begging of there friendship Dan knew everything and yet he's been friends with home for a while. WARNING: this story hasn't been updated in a while but it's still pretty good and you should check it out.
Overall I thought it was great a few spelling errors here and there but it was very descriptive.And will grab your attention by the first chapter.
