[Third Person POV]
The train stopped with the wheels screeching against the train tracks. The speakers automatically blared: "We have arrived at Couriway town. If this is your destination, please leave from the left-hand side of the train. Thank you very much for travelling with us at Kalos Railways."
The French translation started immediately after that.
The boy, Calem, tapped on Serena's shoulder and gave her a nod.
This is our destination. Stay close to me or you might get lost.
Serena deciphered the first part perfectly well. However... The second sentence...
'Stay close to me or you might get lost.'
The doors opened.
A strong current of passengers made their way out of the train. They pushed and shoved towards the exits.
Calem's grip on Serena's hand loosened.
"S-Serena?"
And she was gone.
Calem panicked. He immediately darted after her, but the tourists that were everywhere didn't really help the situation.
He pushed his sunglasses up the bridge of his nose an cleared his throat.
"Have you seen my friend? She has blonde hair and grey eyes..." Calem asked a group of passengers.
Okay, he wasn't sure if he was her friend, but what else was he supposed to call her? Assistant? Sister? Cousin?
"Nah. Sorry bro, we haven't seen anyone like that. Eh, mate?" A tourist with a particularly distinct accent spoke and nudged the person next to them.
"Nah. We haven't seen anyone like that... By the way, would you happen to know where the hotel is...?" said the other tourist.
"That way," Calem pointed near the Pokemon Centre "It's just near that Pokemon Centre."
"Thanks, man."

"No, we haven't seen anyone like that..."
•••••
"I'm sorry, but I don't know."
•••••
"Did you mean my girlfriend, Liza?"
"No."
"Good. Have a good day and keep your eyes off of her."
"I don't even know who your girlfriend is and my friend's name is Seren—"

"Damn this stupid festival," Calem muttered and sat down onto a bench. He glanced at the multi-coloured fairy lights that was hung on a tall tree that was above him. The lights were strewn and interwined with each other which formed a bright canopy-like effect.
A small breeze blew throughout the city and the first beginnings of the festival were heard.
The booming trumpets, the harmonic violins, the melancholic violas, the haunting trombones, the bubbly clarinets, the softly played flutes, the low deep melodies of a cello and a cheerful tune of the panpipe.
All combined into one orchestrated showcase.
He knew he had been here before with her. But he just couldn't remember...
••••
When Serena's grip on his hand loosened, she knew she couldn't keel holding on. So she let go. She let herself be carried away by the river of tourists who had also come to Couriway.
