You headed over to the park, hoping to get a cup of your favorite ice cream flavor, (Favorite Flavor). Your little sister decided to tag along, so you held her hand as you two looked for the ice cream man.
"There he is!" (Little Sister's Name) yelled excitedly.
You smiled and followed her. Suddenly, she stopped in her tracks.
"Onee-chan, that man has two eyebrows." She looked up at you. "He looks scary."
You looked at the ice cream man and laughed. "Yeah, he does."
"Wait for me here, okay?"
Your little sister nodded and told you to stay safe as you walked over to the redhead.
He glanced at you, turning a little pink when he saw that you were approaching him. "Uh, what would you like?"
"One cup of (Favorite Flavor) and another cup of (Little Sister's Favorite Flavor), please!" You chirped happily.
He nodded.
Once you had two cups of ice cream in your hand, you walked back to your little sister.
"He wasn't so scary." You smiled at her.
She just took her cup and started scooping the ice cream into her mouth. You did the same.
I wish I asked for his number, though. You thought to yourself while walking back home.
You spotted a trash can nearby and went to throw your cup, but you noticed that there was a number written at the bottom of the cup.
"Call me sometime? xxx xxxx xxxx -Kagami Taiga" You smiled to yourself and saved his number into your phone.
Maybe going back for ice cream wasn't a bad idea, after all.
