What I miss the most
is the sun and the sand,
the salty water running
through my hand.
What i miss the most
is the friendly faces when
you walk out a store.
The ones I remember,
the ones I adore.
What I miss the most
is my friends and my family,
the ones that I love the ones
who are there for me.
What i miss the most
in that small little town
was the airplanes that
made all the sound.
What i miss the most
is the military base
the looks on all the
returning soldiers face.
What i miss don't miss the most
Is saying how i hate it there
And how i wanted to do move
and not be there. Now look where I am.
Miles away and asking god why didn't
I wish to just stay.
*Author's Note*
I know this might be a little bit cliché but seriously guys be careful what you wish you because you just might get it. Yeah i know what you're thinking "but i got what i wish for" yeah you might have gotten what you wished for but probably didn't get it in the way you wanted it. For example; say you wish you could move, then you find out you're moving. And you're all happy and stuff. But then you find out that parents are getting a devoiced and your moms getting remarried. See what i mean you got what you wished for just not in the way you wanted it. So again people Be Careful What You Wish For. :)
