Hey guys, I'm totally unfamiliar with love stories, so don't judge me. Also this account does not belong to the same person who wrote "The Last Time". Anyways enjoy!

                                                ----------------------------------------------------------------

All complicated stories have a very simplistic beginning. I have seen the life of a man since he was a child to his death, grow up, struggle, and change. Some call me, death. When a person nears the age of their end, it's my job to pay them a visit. For the past hundreds and thousands of years, I've visited several, countless men, women, children, and mostly elderly. I've seen all of their lives from beginning to end. One of the most fascinating to me, was actually very recent. You might think, what about Ceaser, Pharoah, all of the famous historical figures and modern celebrities, aren't they more interesting than a simple love story of a young boy?

That's what intrigued me the most. How something so simple, can end so differently. Anyhow, enough about me. Shall I tell you the story? If yes, read on. If no....well I don't care, I'll just be visiting you very soon.

                                               -------------------------------------------------------------------

Before I turn over the story to his point of view, let me tell you some info about him. Overall his life was tough, I was there in the hospital room he was born in, because, unfortunately, his mother passed away when he was born. He had an older sister, whose name was Samantha, and they lived in a little apartment . Their father had work very often, so the two of them would stay at their father's friend's house all day. He would come pick them up after 11 p.m. every night and bring them back to Edward's house (his friend) every day. The little boy and his sister were 4 years apart. He was now 4 years old, and his sister was 8. Their father began to work both night and day, so they pretty much lived at Edward's house. In a year, the father had also passed away from too much working and stress. The two children had become orphans by the age of 5 and 9. The orphanage took them in and immediately, Edward told them that he and his family would take care of them and they could stay at his house as a part of the family.

The little boy was very clueless as to what was happening, but there were two things he was sure about, his parents were gone for good, and now he'll be living with his father's friend as part of their family. Losing parents at such a young age had affected both the boy and Samantha a lot. They were given love and affection by Edward's family, but it wasn't the same nurture and affection they would receive from a mother and a father. The absence of a mother and father and lack of love towards them changed the children at an early age. Now that you know the background info, look at it from his point of view.

                                                  ----------------------------------------------------------------

"Sammy, where's mommy and daddy?"

"I don't know little brother, I'm sorry ."

"Are they ever gonna come back?"

"One day, we will see them again."

Okay, since he's only 5, I'll continue the story in my point of view for now. A year passed by after I visited their father, and a year of living with the Edward's family. His sister was older than him, so she took care of him, but didn't play with him. A kid at that age needs someone to have fun with. That's when Victoria comes in to the story. Victoria is Edwards youngest daughter and she was also 6. He met her when his father would bring him to Edward's house everyday. They would play together, laugh, and just do what children do. It's only natural that a kid would end up having a crush on his childhood girl best friend, am I wrong?

"Hey Victoria, do you wanna go play with those over there?"

"Okay, but don't call me Victoria, only my parents call me that, you can call me...ummm..how about Tori?" exclaims Victoria.

"Oh alright Tori, let's go!"

Now it's also natural that a girl would end up falling for a guy who's been her playmate since they were children. And so they both unknowingly developed a crush, you might call it, for each other.

Another 2 years pass, and I'm visiting Victoria's grandmother who lives with them.

"Daddy why is Grandma not waking up?" She starts to tear up. Edward didn't reply, he was silent with tears running down his cheek.

"Don't worry Tori, your Grandma will be alright, she went on vacation with my parents. My sister says we will see them again one day, so don't cry." Victoria hugs him very tightly and begins  to cry louder as he tries to calm her down. The two of them stay in a hug until she stops crying. Days pass, weeks pass, and even years. Now the two of them are about 10 years old.

One day, the boy and Victoria were out on the playground having fun, and they boy turned around and said, stuttering, "Umm, Tori...hey uh...can I tell you something?"

"Sure, you can tell me anything, we're best friends aren't we?"

"Umm yea, I like you. A lot." he says blushing. Victoria begins to smile and replies,

"I really like you a lot too." Hearing that, they boy felt a little less nervous saying that to her, and they continue to play.

Anyways, it's been 10 years and I still haven't told you his name yet. And to be honest I don't find out his name until he's 15, so you'll have to wait another 5 years to find out. Hopefully I don't have to visit you before you find out. I think that's enough for today, I have to go see more people around the world, and I'll continue his story when I have some more time.

Hey guys, thanks a lot for reading, if you did read. Sorry I put in like 10 years of great storytelling into 1 chapter, but believe me, his childhood isn't the best part. Vote, comment your thoughts, and share with your friends this story. I'm only an amateur writer, so criticism would be helpful. I hope you enjoyed the first chapter, and it might be a while for the next, because school's about to begin, and I still haven't finished summer work, sooo... yea sorry to any interested readers. I will try to update as much as I can.

To be continued....
