John 3:16 "for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall prosper and have everlasting life"
What this passage of the bible is talking about when it says begotten son it's talking about Christ. The whole reason why God had sent his son Jesus to us was so he cleanse our sins. For before Jesus had came down to this earth whoever sinned had died ON THE SPOT, but now that Jesus had died on the cross all we have to do is ask for forgiveness and all will be forgotten(for God is a merciful God).
Although don't think just because God will now forgive us when we ask for forgiveness we would sin on purpose and say "Oh why not, I'll just do this then later ask for forgiveness" because then God won't be so merciful. Tell me this if someone stole your money and later came back and told you sorry and you forgave them and then they kept doing it would you forgive them?
Pray This Prayer: Lord please help me that I don't use your merciful love upon me as an advantage and help me to remember that you love and care for me Lord Jesus in Jesus name Amen.
