Olivia's P.O.V.

Battered, beaten, and bruised. That's all I was when I grasped Ace's hand when we faced Grey. His power growing much heavier as the seconds went by that it felt like it was crushing us. But we stood strong, the fire in our hearts burning more than ever before.
"We have to get his chest ripped open" Ace whispered. I looked at him with a questioning look until he leaned in and told me the plan.
Before Ace could finish telling me more a giant cylinder of ice was shot and separated us. Grunting I turned towards Grey who has frost all over him as he started to march toward Ace and I. Sneering he spoke,
"Don't forget I am here. And I am not DONE!" Just then he sent a wave of icicles towards Ace and I. Separating us even more when we tried to avoid being pierced by the sharp ends.
Quickly I got a plan and then started to say a enchantment as I tried to go after Grey.

Stopping the icicles midway I had them change course and send them to Grey's way. He looked baffled for a moment as I hurled them into his direction. Swiftly he dodged the cutting edges and snarled at us. With the raise of hand he rose bodies among bodies of snowmen soldiers in the form samurai warriors. Another flick of the wrist he had them charge towards Ace and I. Quickly getting back to back we readied our swords.

"Are you sure you can handle this?" Ace asked with concern due to the charging hoard of samurai ready to kill us.

"I am not the same woman back when we first met. I can fight now just as good as you. Maybe even a little better." I replied with a playful tone. Ace let out a short laugh before the fighting began. Igniting my blade, a fire spell let out waves of heat. Steam started to form as a result the melting warriors and the room gradually turned into a sauna amongst the commotion. Both of us being far from slowing down we forced our ways to the last spot Grey was. Disregarding the couple of blows we received here and there we still pushed ourselves to our true goal.

Grey watched, being unamused by our struggle as he started to try to cool down the room to below freezing temperatures. Not giving him that luxury I just increased the flames despite it draining me. We had to hurry before my body gives in and magic runs out so pushing forward and breaking through the army of snow samurai was a piece of cake. Extending my arm I formed a stone wall so it was just Grey and us.

I don't know he sensed it or we made it obvious but our bodies were on the verge of collapse because of the over exertion we put in. Grey sneered and then used a powerful wind that chilled me to the bones. Throwing me around like a rag doll, a crazed looked glazing over his eyes.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA look, look how fragile you are still. Look how easy you are to throw around. To think I was even the slightest worried." Grey taunted as he continued to throw me around. Coughing up blood my vision hazed as I fought to stay conscious and blood streamed over my eye. I heard Ace between the buzz in my head and for a bit I wanted to give up. It is over, I lost. I am too exhausted. Ah, it hurts. everything hurts. Let me just go numb. I close my eyes and...

"DONT GIVE UP OLIVIA! YOU MADE IT THIS FAR! YOUR DAUGHTER AND FRIENDS NEED YOU!" I heard someone yell. Forcing my eyes open I saw Ace going against Grey and then the other Ace above them with Clementine. He continued to yell words of encouragement that snapped me out of it. He was right, I can do this. I am not dead yet and Ace is fighting. I have to fight. I need to fight. Reacting for my katana I used it to help prop me up.

"ACE DUCK!" I yelled as I sent a boulder hurdling towards Grey as Ace jumped out of harms way. Grey took shot head on and grunted in pain. Growling until it rose to a loud roar once Ace made his way to my side. Ace helped prop me up as he held onto me firmly as we watched in between our pants for air.

"You, you will all pay. I have had enough and this where you will all di..." Grey was then cut off midsentence when a arm tightly wrapped around his neck and blade stuck in his chest.

"ROMANO?!" I called out in disbelief as my eyes widened.

"That is enough Grey. I won't let you do any more harm." Romano spoke in a cool tone as he looked at him with hard eyes, being calm about the situation. Grey's face contorted into rage as he tried to speak and his body trembled as it was frozen in place. Romano looked back at me and smiled softly, a hint of melancholy behind his gaze.

"Romano? What are you doing?" I asked with distraught.

"Olivia, there isn't much time. I don't know how long I can hold him so I need you to say the one spell of destruction that I told you to never use. I know it might completely take away all your magic and destroy this place but this is our only shot at defeating Grey. Haha, I will try to make sure to keep damage to a minimum when it happens as well. And before you tell me to run I cannot answer that request my beloved. I have to stay and hold Grey back. But we have only one shot at this."

"NO! I am not letting you die! We are finally together and you are just leaving?! Letting yourself die?!" I choked in between sobs I held back. I didn't want this. I don't want anymore death.

"Heh. I am sorry. Olivia, we will meet again though. There is life after death so we will meet each other again. I am sure of it. Just trust me, and I will always be looking out for you." Romano spoke so sweetly that it just made it hurt even more. Nodding as tears continued to stream down my cheeks and I forced myself to stop fighting with him since it was useless to protest against him once his mind was made.

"I am glad. Olivia, I am so honored to have been your cousin in this life. I love you and always will."

Grey started to struggle more as he gained a bit more control over himself. Romano started to carve a opening from Grey's neck down below his belly button to expose Grey's core.

"We must act quick now because I am running out of time. Olivia."

"Y-Yes?!"

"You can do it. Also, can you just let me see your smile just this one last time?" Romano requested as he smiled and back at me with tears running down his cheeks. Nodding, I smiled my best smile, just for him and he laughed softly, more tears streaming down his cheeks.

"Ah, it's still the most beautiful thing in the world" Romano sighed out with content. Choking back a sob I screamed out a "I love you" to him and held Ace's hand when he lent me his strength as the spell was casted,

"Vale"
