"Dam cat!"Gilbert growled.

The red eyes glared at Ludwig's cat. It was true both brothers were dog people but, Ludwig insisted on a cat to keep mice out of the shop. The apptly named Germouser swished his thick gray tail at the mechanic from his perch on top of a tool shelf. Unfortunately for the short man, the shelf was several feet off the floor. He swore to lower it as he reached for the fuzzy, gray cat again. Germouser scratched at him. Of course it only liked Ludwig.

"Fine stay up there."He turned around to walk out "But your locked in for the night. I have a meeting to get to."

Suddenly, the cat launched itself off the shelf and onto his head. The Prussian let out a very unmanly shriek and tore the cat away. In his panic, he had failed to notice the door open. Ludwig stared in suprise at his brother.

"Here!"Gilbert shoved the cat at him "Take this thing."

"Bruder, what happened?"Ludwig set the riled cat on the floor.

"That monster attacked me!"He frowned at the cat.

Germouser swished his tail and walked out the door.

"Won't you be late?"Ludwig walked outside with him.

Gilbert shook his head and shut the door.

"They won't be mad if I'm late. Besides,"He smiled "Someone as awesome as me can never be late!"

Ludwig gave a weak smile but Gilbert could tell he had something on his mind.

"Tell me what your thonking West."He poked the blondes face.

"Your already late. You should try to be on time. We'll talk latter."He said.

"Your no fun! Geez! Were did you get your attitude from because it definitely wasn't me."

The younger looked at the large clock that hung on the side of the shop. Gilbert followed his gaze.

"I should go."He pat Ludwig's head "Get to bed at a decent hour and eat a good dinner. No house party exceding sixty people."

The younger German shook his head rapidly. "I'm not going to party. Homeworks more important."

"West is just upser beacause he's no fun!"Gilbert teased.

He ran off down the walk before the twelve year old could scold him for his behavior. Ludwig sighed and went inside to complete his daily routine. The sun was slowly sinking into the earthas the red eyed man wound his way through the streets towards the flower shop. It was a small building sandwiched between two warehouses in a shopping district. The spotless glass storefront showed the owners dedication to their job and show cases many vibrant flowers. The bubble letter sighn above the entrance read 'Flower shop'. A silver bell rang when he pushed the door open and the overwhelming smell of hundreds of flowers filled his nose. He sneezed.

"Bless you."Said a young, blonde girl at the counter.

She wore a pink hoodie, jeans, and a purple ribbon in her short hair.

"Hallo Lille!"Gilbert walked over to her "Is Elizaveta around?"

"She's in the back room. There's something we-"

A blur of green and brown hit Gilbert, almost sending him to the floor.

"Elizaveta-"

"Gilbert! So nice of you to finally show up."The women stood.

They stared each other down a moment until Elizaveta caught sight of the clock.

"We're going to be late!"Her green colored eyes widened.
