I wake up feeling fully rested, I finally got to sleep all the way. Usually, my cheap bed causes me to have a bad rest, but today I feel good. I walk to the kitchen. I don't want to make waffles again, I burnt them last time, so I pull out a quick meal of cereal. It doesn't taste very good because of my cheap fridge. That's the hard part about starting in a new town, but I'm starting to really like Twinbrook. Hopefully, I can get a promotion at my stylist job. I really like it but it doesn't pay much.
It's Week 3, Day 6, which is a Saturday. I don't have to work today. I clean up my dishes and contemplate what to do today. There's this guy, Justin Kaye, we're starting to really hit it off. I've been looking to start a relationship for quite some time, and I think he would be great for me. I call him up on my phone to ask him out. "Bleebo Wibsorb."
He says yes and that he'll coming over soon. I pick up a book, and then put it down because I hear the doorbell ring. I flirtatiously greet him, showing off my new charisma. We group up and decide to go see a movie. We watch Swollen Hearts together. I really like the movie and it leaves me in a great mood. We stand outside the movie theatre, flirting a bit. "Wibsaw bileena.""Mm, orga lorsp."
I think he's very alluring. So, I invite him back to my place. A cab pulls up and drops us off in front my house. We go inside and I invite him to sit on the couch. I light a fire in the fireplace and join him. "Ja morsey newba?"
"Foubey belorsa."
We chat for a bit. Eventually, we stop talking and just cuddle. I feel estatic. The fire glowing as a sit, wrapped in his arms.
Suddenly, I feel something hot. A fist full a flames erupts from the couch. Justin and I stand up screaming. I freak out, burning, I'm not sure what to do. I run to the shower and douse myself off. I to tell Justin to do the same, but he's not listening. He's just standing there, on fire. I hear the sirens outside, gradually getting closer. The firemen come barging in, but by then it's too late.
Justin lets out a final cry, falling to his knees. He holds out an arm, as if begging for his life. I cry at the sight of this, mounting because I know it's over. I hear dark music. The grim reaper appears from a black cloud, taking to life of my date. The firemen out out the fire in the backround. I look down on the floor, ashes everywhere. The saddest are the ashes of Justin Kaye. I cry some more, knowing I'll be morning for 48 hours.
A fireman tells me I should be more careful next time. My insurance grants me $104 simoleons to fix the damage. But no amount will fix my broken heart and the life of Justin.
