Life hack number 1. Have you gotten used to the sound of your alarm on your phone or your speakers are just not loud enough to wake you up? Well if this is you you should try placing your phone in a cup. This acts as a speaker and creates louder volume.

Life hack number 2. Have you ever really wanted to have gummy bears but they are just to small to savour the gummy flavour? If you want more gummy in your gummy bear, simply place your gummy bear in a cup of water and leave it in a damp place over night. In the morning your gummy bear would have absorbed the water and become much bigger but it still has the same gummy taste.

Have you found that you can get really stressed out some times. Well if so Smell an orange.
Several studies have found that the scent of oranges can reduce stress, improve mood, and make you feel way more awake. Try eating a fresh orange for breakfast every morning (and inhaling its scent), or dab some orange oil on your wrists a few times a week.

Life hack number 4. Always Shop on a full stomach.
Never go grocery shopping when you're super-hungry. Why? Because everything looks good, so you'll undoubtedly start throwing in items you normally might not buy. Eg lots of junk food ( resist it, even thought it is really yummy ).

Life hack number 5. Have you always wanted to get whiter teeth and brush all day but nothing happens. You don't want to spend  your money on expensive teeth whiting stuff well you should try:
Whiten teeth with a banana peel.
It might sound odd, but used banana peels can whiten your teeth! Rub the inside of a peel along your top and bottom teeth for about a minute each, and let sit for around 10 minutes. From there, grab a dry toothbrush and start brushing. Doing this a few times a week can significantly lighten teeth as well as any whitening kit, without any of the added chemicals.

Life hack number 6. Need to sleep? Eat a kiwi
We know they're delicious, but research also suggests that eating kiwi fruit may have significant benefits for sleep.

This way, every time you check your iPad , you'll be motivated to get moving. Trust me this has made my day during tough friendship situations and kept me going.
