It's a great day to be honest, that's by weather wise I mean. It's a Monday afternoon so okay it's pretty crap, but it's warm. Not too cold, not too hot.

I put on my white converse after gym, then I saw someone who might just as well try to hide from. Cameron. With his mates. I get up putting my shoes on and I try to walk as fast as I can to get away from his group of friends, including Lindsay. I could hear his shoes on the floor behind me.

I ran down the stairs ready to sprint to the tree I always sit at. I turn around the corner and chills go down my whole body as I feel arms snake around my waist.
"Hey beautiful," Cameron says walking along with me.
"Hi," I smile but trying to not sound so delighted that he called me beautiful and ditched his friends to be with me. But I suddenly hear footsteps and I escape from his grip rapidly. A smirk plasters on his lips. He puts his arm around me and then we both freeze when we hear Lindsay calling his name.
"See you later babe," he winks and unhooks his arm from my waist. I stick out my tongue like a spoilt little child would.
"Save that tongue for later baby," he laughs.
"Ew." I sit down in a bit of disgust at his dirty flirty comeback.

I sit and chat with Katie in our tree about biology, seeing as that is the class we both have next and it's the last class of the day. We ramble on about what we can do for our project that Sir is going to be setting us but he hasn't yet. Being typical best friends we say to each other that we must make sure that we are together for this assignment/project due to the fact everyone else in our class we don't get along with.

After a deep conversation about biology we both head to biology class. I sit down and instantly already get bored by just hearing Sir speak in his dull and boring voice with no expression or emotion in it whatsoever. I put in my earphones and hide them with my long black hair curtailing them out of sight. I blast my music through them and I pretend to write notes when really, I'm writing song lyrics and random scribbles or words that spring to mind. All of a sudden Cameron sits next to me. I look at him weirdly and then I see his mouth moving but I can't hear anything. Music. I take out my earphones and ask him to repeat what he said again.
"I'm your partner for the project," he repeats. What? Did he chose me? But I was going with Katie. She's going to be mad at me. With me.
"Sorry I'm gonna go with Katie," I say and get up and start walking towards her but then I notice she's sat with Lindsay.
"Have you got a problem with your partner Alana?" Sir says to me, making everyone stare at me. The least thing I like is attention, so when everyone's eyes is on you, it's horrendous. I feel myself heat up and I automatically shake my head and go sit back down in my seat next to Cameron. I groan and sigh as I sit down in my seat.
"Save them groans for later when we're on my bed," he winks. My eyes widen and I slap his arm. His smile is contagious. I try my best to not smile but it fails and I can't help it but smile.

I get up and go get a highlighter from Katie and then walk back to my desk. Cameron has his feet on my chair.
"Can I please sit down?" I ask sarcastically.
"I don't know, can you?" He shrugs whilst smirking. I slide along his lap slowly and teasingly as I go to sit in my seat seeing as he wont let me sit down normally. He shuffles in his seat nervously and I smile at my triumph and open my notebook and start highlighting. I jump when I feel a hand on my thigh. I look at Cameron who is looking straight at the board, his eyes fixed on it. His hand remains on my thigh for a good five minutes until I see the corner of his mouth twitching. I shake my leg but his large hand just ends up travelling up my thigh. I push his hand but he then grabs my hand and holds with a tight grip. He then let go and stroked with his finger tips up and down my thigh. His body is tense and his jaw is tighter making his jawline more sharp and noticeable. He runs his hand through his hair and closes his eyes smiling.

We walk home together. Cameron and I. We are starting on our project today because I know what I want to do and how to present it, but because Cameron isn't smart he will most likely just go along with my idea anyway.

We walk into my house and I kick off my converse like any other day and they thump the floor after Cameron's does.
"Take a seat," I suggest as I go to the kitchen to get a glass of orange juice or us both.
"Science needs to solve its own problems," Cameron calls from the living room. I walk back in and see him flicking through a science book with one eye brow raised and a confused look plastered on his face.

I rub my eyes after a long hour of talking about the project. All I want to do is sleep. Paperwork this, paperwork that, it never stops. I slump on the couch, inhaling and extending my arms.
"Awe, does someone want a hug?" Cameron teases whilst standing in front of me. I pout and rest my arms on my stomach. He comes next to me and wraps his arms around me, pulling me in close and letting my head rest on his chest. I breathe in his strong smell of aftershave, the heavenly smell of boys. He pushes me away but then puckers up his lips. I grab the back of his neck and lean in close. I smack my lips against his and he kisses back. Butterflies whirl around like crazy then I hear footsteps which interrupts our kiss, making it less passionate. But then our kiss is completely interrupt when we hear a familiar voice say,
"Oh. Right."
