Lab Rats(YOGSCAST)

The Beginning

Liwes' POV.

I looked down at the map as I walked, examining the thin lines indicating the direction to the treasure. I looked up, and from side to side, seeing if I could recognize anything from the map.

"Well, if the forest is there, the treasure should be directly there", I said to Simon who was walking beside me.

He looked at the small hill I was pointing at, "It's in there?" he asked.

I nodded my head, quickening my pace. This is exciting I said to myself. One of the strongest power sources in the world is just ahead of us. As we got closer, a loud rumbling sound emitted from the ground ahead of us. I stopped dead still and watched the air in front of me. I looked behind me, and saw that Simon had also stopped. Slowly, the rumbling sound grew louder, and louder and louder until it was deafening. I turned around to see the ground ahead of us being pushed aside, revealing a large drill. Behind the drill was what looked like a huge steel cart with a lid on it. There was a large circular door, and many pipes protruding from the sides. The drill went slower and slower until it stopped. Immediately as the drill topped, billows of smoke came pouring out of the pipes. The scene completely enveloped the entire scene. Only bits of the drill could be seen through the haze. All of a sudden I heard a voice.

"Where are we?" it asked.

"I have no idea," another voice replied..

As the smoke slowly cleared, I saw a man standing at the open doorway I had seen on the side. He surveyed the machine.

"At least the drill is fine," he said.

"Who are you?" I asked.

The man spun around, tensing slightly, and looking directly at me. He reached down, grabbing something from his belt and then pointing it directly at my chest. He squinted slightly to get better aim. Then I remembered something.

"Hah," I laughed, "You can't shoot two people at one time."

He chuckled softly, "No, you have a point, I cannot shoot two people at one time but two people can shoot two people at one time."

As the man finished talking, I saw a long barrel appear from the doorway beside him. It pointed directly at Simon. The man chuckled lightly and then said, "So...who are you?"

"You tell us who you are, and I'll tell you who we are," I said.

He grinned as if he had just made a huge accomplishment, saying cheerfully "I do believe you are forgetting who is holding the weapons here."

"Fine. I'm Liwes, and this is Simon," I said gesturing to Simon.

He looked around, asking, "Where are we anyway?"

"You are in area 6 of Yogslabs personal estate," I said.

He looked back down at me.

"Are we then?" he said lowering the pistol.

I lowered my hands.

"Uh, can I put my hands down?" Simon asked.

The man laughed, "Yeah, I suppose you can." He looked back at the giant drill, and the barrel retreated back into the doorway. He looked back at me.

"Oh, I beg your pardon", he aid, "I don't believe I've introduced myself. "I'm Duncan Jones, the scientist."

"Hmmm...you're a scientist?" Simon asked.

"Yes, yes he is," said a voice from behind Duncan.

I looked behind him to see a girl with bright red hair leaning against the side of the machine.

Duncan chucked lightly, "This is my partner in crime Zoey," he said.

The girl smiled, "Nice to meet you" she said kindly.

But beware, it's not's like like other Yogscast stories, this one is going to be different!)
