Chapter 2

Chapter 2:

"I'm Mario, this is my wife Jessica, and daughter Roxanne." My father said, introducing us.

"Nice to meet you all." She replied with a sweet smile and amazing accent.

"I'm Trisha. This is my daughter Doniya, my other daughter Waliyha, and my youngest Safaa. And this is my son Zayn." She said pausing in between each name to show who was who, even though they were to busy admiring the scenery.

"Well I hope you will enjoy your summer here. Now all I need is to discuss your first months rent and then my daughter will take over and show you around if you want." My father said getting into his business mode.

"Yes, of course, my son Zayn is going to take care of the rent." Trisha answered.

"Alright, Zayn, come with me over here so we can get that done with, while my daughter talks with your family about getting a tour around the island." He said motioning Zayn to follow him a little off to the side of us so they can discuss the payment.

"Alright kind of like my father explained it, I usually ask the family that stays in the house every summer if they want a tour around the island. Now before you answer, let me tell you not the whole family has to come it could 1, 2, none, or all of you, it's your decision." I explained to them like I do to all the other families.

"Well I'm a bit tired and really just want to relax." Trisha said.

"What about you girls wanna come?" I asked Doniya, Waliyha, and Safaa.

"I'll come!" Waliyha said.

"Me too!" Safaa screamed.

"I think I'm gonna stay here and relax with mum, maybe unpack a little." Doniya said.

"Okay than, you girls ready to go?" I asked them.

"Yeah!" They screamed in excitement.

Remembering Zayn was there I asked the two girls "Do you wanna ask your brother if he wants to come?"

"Okay." Waliyha answered for the both of them.

We walked over to Zayn and Safaa asked "Zayn do you want to come with us on the tour around the island with..." She said trailing off cause she didn't remember my name.

"Roxanne, but you can call me Roxy or Rox." I said.

"With Roxanne." She said finishing her sentence.

"Um.. Sure why not it." He said unsure of himself.

"Alright lets get this show on the road!" I said motioning for them to follow.

Hey sorry that it's short. Most of my chapters are probably gonna be like that to always make you wait for something in each chapter. I would call it a cliffhanger but they don't leave you on a HUGE suspense wait.
