I always felt like everything was my fault when I was younger, I thought the reason my mom left was because of me, I thought the reason my brother ran away was because of me but now I know the truth the reason they went away was because of get this not me but my father. My father pushed everyone away and just now he has pushed away the last person he had left ....... Me. "Elena dinner is ready "I picked up my suitcase and backpack and walked out the door but not before taking one last moment to take a look at my bedroom before closing the door behind me I started down the stairs when I reached the bottom of the stairs I put my bags down near the door and headed towards the dining room where I found my father sitting and waiting for me he stared up at me and looked worried, I sighed "dad ............. I'm leaving "shit this sounded more like a break-up " what do you mean you're leaving?, Where are you going ?" "I'm just leaving, I can't tell you where I'm going because I don't know yet but I'm still going because you can't always expect that I'm going to be here for you" I picked up my bags and headed towards the door "please don't go " my father yelled towards me but it was too late I was already gone . I throw my bags in the back of my car jump in and speed off.
Once I had gotten out of Georgia I pull over to the side of the road and pull out my phone and I look up my cousins Facebook page and see she is way prettier than I thought she would be , I get her number and dial quickly, she answers on the second ring . "hello " " hi Caroline its me aria , your cousin " she sighs " omg aria I haven't spoken to you since we were 8 you would be around 15 right " I'm shocked I thought she wouldn't remember me " umm actually I'm 16 and I was wondering if I could come live with you and aunt Liz?" she doesn't say anything for a while than finally I hear her voice " omg that would be awesome I umm I live in mystic falls if you want I can come and get you tomorrow " I giggle a little " I'm actually just outside of mystic falls about ten minutes actually ill be there soon" " I'll just send you the address of the local restaurant 'the grill' that's where I am now and ill introduce you to all my friends , see you soon" she hangs up and the next thing I know I get a message and start driving into mystic falls.
