Chapter 2: The investigation

'Don't worry, I have proof that Danny was the robber. The security cameras!'
Linda ran to Jennifer.
'You're late!'shouted Jennifer,' you should be here on time do you hear me? Good! Now you have to wait in the room with Danny.
Linda and Danny stayed in the room.

Ten minutes has passed and Linda had to go to the toilet.
'Sorry I have to go!' Said Linda.
Linda ran to the toilets, leaving her bag behind.
After Linda came back from the toilet, Jennifer came back.
'Sorry it took so long'. Said Jennifer,' Let's go to the basement to see if the diamond is still there or not.'
They went downstairs and saw that the diamond wasn't there.
'The diamond is missing!' Shouted Danny.
Jennifer said,'let's do some investigation.'
They all wen put back upstairs and scanned all the polices bodies. After scanning, Jennifer said,'well none of us is found guilty yet. Let's empty all the bags.'
Most of the polices had their bags emptied out by no diamond. Then it was Danny's turn.
'Empty your bag please.'said Jennifer.
Danny emptied his bag. Jennifer was looking through his things.
'You are not found guilty.'Said Jennifer,'Linda now it's your turn!'
Linda emptied her bag.
'You are not...wait a second...no that's just a necklace. Wait there's something shiny.'
Jennifer picked it up and said,'it's the diamond! Linda was found guilty!'
Danny took her to prison.
'But it wasn't me,'shouted Linda,'It was Danny!
'Don't lie!' said Danny,'it wasn't me it was you! That's why you're in prison!'
Danny threw her to prison and locked the door. Jennifer walked up to Danny and gave him a meddle.
'Why are you giving me a meddle?' Wondered Danny.
'I'm rewarding you. The other polices didn't want to drag that girl to prison and you did it all by your self.'replied Jennifer.
Danny was impressed.
'Oh yeah!'exclaimed Jennifer,' you've been promoted to captain.'
