I was on the Bridge with the Captain, Spock, Uhruha, and Chekov; Sulu wasn't there because he was at Sickbay. The Captain called me up so I can take over- YEAH~ not a great idea. He thought that a Martial Artist Master and Tech girl would combine . . . Well, it kind of did . . . Somehow . . . In guard!

Kirk's POV

"Captain's Log: 48725.3 We are on a mission to-"

Chekov ran in to get to his post, realizing he over slept by five minutes. "Sorry I'm late Keptain! I overslept!"

Uhruha groaned, "Again?! That is the eight time this month!" She tapped her pen on the table with her calendar underneath it; she was planning her next day off to be with the girls.

I sighed, "Once more Chekov and I'll- Where is Sulu?"

Uhruha and Chekov shrugged.

Spock was just standing there, having no idea why Chekov would be late. It was just- no it's NEVER logical to be late in his respect. "Early is on time, on time is late."

I yelled, "Time to go to my first resolution!" I've called every tech on the ship and no one was available. I spun around, trying to think who would fit. BING!!!! I jumped out of my chair, Uhruha groaned knowing when I do that, it's a bad idea while Spock did "the look."

Chekov eyes widen in excitement, "Who is it Keptain?"

"Oh this is good, yes!" I had an evil smile on my face. "Spock, take over!" I ran to Stryder, taking her away from her sword fighting lesson and dragging her back to the Bridge, putting her in Sulu's seat.

Spock got up from the Captain's chair and went back to his post, letting me have my Throne to the Enterprise. She looked back at me, being confused.

"What. Am. I. Doing. Here?" She questioned. "I was in the middle of a sword fighting lesson and-"

I flashed her a smile, "Figure it out Stryder . . ."

I saw her eyes widen then narrowed.

"Really Captain! All due to respect Sir I-"

"Great!"

Stryder spun around in her seat, looking over at Chekov; he looked back at her.
"It's really quite simple. Here is the numbers vwhere you punch in vthe location to vthe planets. Over here is vthe vphasers to attack other unknown and next to it is Warp Drive. Vthe shield is also next to the vphasers." He pointed to where the pieces of the ship were located and where she needed to control.

"Easier said then done." I heard her mumble.

Uhruha got up from her post and walked over to her. "Think of it like a computer with an extra large keyboard and launching the phasers and Warp Drive are like a video game."

Uhruha and Chekov saw her making the connection on her face.

"Yes! I see it now!"

Spock and I exchanged looks.

"Computer?" Spock raised an eyebrow.

"Video game?"

I shrugged my shoulders while Spock turned his chair around and went back to work.

After a few more days wet by, Sulu was back to his post and Stryder was back on hers. Even though she was alright at Computers (she almost got us killed five times because of other enemy ships attacking us) but I was very happy Sulu was back.
