Chapter 5

JinBop's POV:
When I get to the top of the stair case, I see Kai had already made it to the door, but, she was glowing. Suddenly, the door slams open, she runs in frantically, so I run in after her, not wanting her to get hurt. "Alesa...?" I look at what she was looking at. Alesa and Sky were huddling around smiling and Alesa was in tears of......joy? I guess Kai figured it out, "Wait, is that baby Mason?" Sky turns around smiling. "Am I allowed to see?" He nods and moves out her way. When she gets there she smiled in a nice calm motherly way. Alesa handed Mason over to her, when she had him in her arms, Kai's face lit up as she played with Mason and made him giggle. I felt my face start to heat up. Dang..she looked so cute and lovely when she was hanging around Mason. I wonder if she wants a kid...maybe with- my thoughts were cut off by Kai and coming over next to me, grabbing my hand, and pulling me out. The others finally made it up stairs and rushed into the room, so it was just me and Kai. "I saw this really cool place to just sit around at, you wanna go?" I felt my bottom lip sink in just a tad as I bite down on it, "S-Sure.." She closes her eyes, then suddenly, we ended up on the flat roofed part of the castle. "We're here!" I smile at her little thoughts of joy. She sits down and motions me to come sit with her. "So, what do you like to do for fun?" "Oh, well...I like to hangout with everyone, take care of muffin...." "That's cool....I have an idea!" She smiles brightly and stares at me. "Let's play Is It The Truth." I looked at her so confused but also lost in her dark blue eyes. "I ask you questions or you ask me questions, and we can find out how to tell if its the truth or not with this." Suddenly I hear her voice in my head, "We can hear each other's thoughts and talk to each other now." "How.." "I had to bond our minds..it would be hard with everyone else." I nod. "Let's play!" I smile and start to laugh at my own excitement.

After what seemed hours of playing, we've figured out everything about each other, and surprisingly, we have a lot in common. But suddenly, I hear another familiar voice, "Man, I never thought you bond minds with him Kai." "Shut up Wag! Stop being such a stalker, plus, were you listening to us this whole time?!" "Yeah, I felt you bond minds and I wanted to make sure he would never hurt you." "I would never hurt Kai Waglington." "Hmph....anyways I've gotta go, Jordan is going insane with witchery again. Talk to you soon." Then it felt like a weight on my mind was lifted, "He's gone." "Well...at least I can tell now.." "Yup!" She pops up, stretches, and she fixes her blonde hair with blue strips to were the hair was evenly distributed in the front. I stand up afterwards and look at her, she was just looking at the moon and how it's reflection on rippled through out the black waters. She yawned and looked over, she seemed tired, but she shakes her drowsiness off, grabs me, and we teleport into the music room. "I thought it would be fun....in a vision I saw this place, it looked cool." I was about to question how she got the vision but, she looked so happy to be here, I didn't want to overflow her with questions, so I grabbed a little music disc from the shelf. The song is called Somewhere Over the Rainbow by: Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole, (Don't judge, I actually fairly enjoy the song!) and plopped it in the jukebox. She smiled and sat down on the little love seat that was in the middle of the room, I sat down by her, and as the song progressed, her eyes started to get heavy, so she ended up laying her head on my shoulder and falling asleep. I didn't want to wake Princess Zelda from her slumber so I, Link, just get in a comfortable position, and fall asleep with Kai laying on my chest and me cuddling her.
