POV STAR
"This," I mumble as I pull the piece of paper of the building, "is very, very bad." The piece off paper in my hand was no ordinary piece of paper. No, it was a wanted poster; 2 million jewels for the capture of The Chameleon. There was no doubt... That was me. I throw the poster on the ground and stomp on it. The king must be pretty upset about loosing Jinx. I look around the lower ring of Mewni and pull my hood over my head and blend into the building. I creep down the street, a pair of dimensional scissors in my bag. I needed information, about Red's whereabouts. But... Being a princess, I didn't know about such a place.
With the hood firmly over my head, I make my way down a dark ally. That seemed like a legit place for an underground organization, right? But... No such luck.
I sigh, "this is a what I didn't want to do..." I slice open a hole in a dimension and enter the bright world with a dark cave.
"Welcome." A woman snaps as she turns a page in a big book. "I expected you to come."
I sigh. "Hey mom."

POV MARCO
"Another round." I mumble as I slam my cup down on the table. I adjust the bow and arrows strapped across my back
"You sure?" The bartender says. "This is your third Root Beer already.
"Got a problem with that?" I spit. "I ain't paying you for your opinion."
"Jeez." He fills my cup and begins to walk away.
"You forgot the umbrella." I complain. He places the little tropical umbrella and a straw into my drink.
I sip it annoyed. "That'll be it."
"Jesus kid you woke up on the wrong side of the bed."
"Shut it. I'm just having a bad day."
"What's got you down?" He begins to wipe down the bar.
"I got kicked out of the W&WS academy." I didn't know why I was telling him this. But you know, ever since Red tinkered with my head I've been having a hard time NOT saying stuff.
"Really? They rarely kick people out."
"I was too good." I flip my black hood over my face.
"So..." He leans over the bar. "What brings you all the way to Mewni? Don't tell me a little kid like you are from these parts."
"Your senses work." I sip my root beer. "I'm from Earth."
"Earth?"
"That's right."
"Wow kid. That's a far distance."
"Mmhmm."
"So why are you here?"
"For starters, I can't go home yet."
"And why's that, kid?"
"There's a witch that acquires my attention."
"Wait." The bartender starts to make a drink. "Didn't you say you trained at the W&WS?"
I glare at him, then nod.
"Sounds like special attention." He places the red drink on the bar. "What witch?"
I glare at the red drink. It's in a black cup, that makes it a little maroon. He places a white straw and a yellow umbrella. I stare at it, then stand up and nock off the drink.
"What the heck man?" The bartender snaps.
"I didn't like that drink." I slam my fist on the table and begin to leave.
"You're never gonna capture her." The bartender calls.
"Who?" I turn around in the dully light bar.
"I think you know who."
The chatter quiets around the tables as people listen in and murmurs spread.
"She's never been caught."
I laugh a little and adjust my bow. "I don't remember saying I wanted to capture her."
"Oh?"
I open the doors. "Thanks for the drinks." And with a wave I here them shut behind me. It was dark, probably nine o'clock or so. I make my way down the street and watch the wind hollow through the empty streets. I shove my hands in my pocket and sigh.
"I'm never going to catch her." I mumble. "This can only go down hill." Kicking the dirt, I notice a small light coming from down an ally. I walk towards it.
Everyone knows ally's are the best way to find shady shops!
I slide down it and enter the shop. The ceiling is low and there was a coat of dust on the floor.
"Hey kid." A man groans. "Look in' for anything?"
"Actually, yes." I walk up calmly and slam my hand on the old desk that he was sitting behind.
"Watch it!" He gasps.
"I'm looking for something." I lean in. "And you better have it or we have a problem."
He frowns. I look around to make sure nobody is in ear shot.
Then I turn back and tell him what I need.
"A tranquility band?" He laughs.
"Do you have it or no?" I snow back.
The man laughs. "I won't make any promises, that kind of technology seems farfetched."
"Do you have it or not?" I snap.
"Hmm... Maybe. But I'll come at quite a coast."
"How much?"
"In Earth dollars? $8 million."
"Bring that down." I demand.
"Who's gonna make me?"
"I'll give you $20 for it."
"Oh kid you don't get haggling do you?"
I've had enough of this salesman. In one fluid swoop I pull out my bow and aim it at him.
"I have an idea. How about you give it to me in exchange for your life?"
He chuckles. "You drive home a point. Here. Ill give it to yeah." He pales a parcel on the table and I snatch it.
"Thanks." I put my bow away and walk out. He turns and I place a knife from a shelf in my pocket.
"Good bye," he laughs as I open the door. "Marco Diaz, Witch hunter."
I laugh a little and slam the door behind me angrily. As I walk down the windy, desolate streets. A lamppost flickers and I put the parcel in my pocket and my bow across my shoulder.
As I walk down the poorly lit street, I feel a paper crunch under my foot. I pick it up and walk into a bar with it in my hand.
In the dark and dusty bar I smile at the paper in front if me.
"A Wanted poster?" I slide into a booth and tuck it in my pocket. "Looks like my goal has a reward now. Go figure."
I pull up my hood and close my eyes, and with a smile, I fell asleep with the sound of chattering behind me.
