London's POV

"LONDON GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED!" I hear my brother scream. I sigh and get out of bed. I hate moving, and that dream...yeah, would much rather go back to bed. I take the clothes I didn't pack and head to the bathroom to shower.

Then, I grab my phone and charger, while taking one last look around the room, not sure that I would be happy to remember this place, but knowing I don't want to leave. I finally make my way downstairs. "Look who decided to show up." My mother says as I walk into the kitchen. I don't bother eating. I walk around the house remembering my best memories. Not that I have many. "London, we're leaving soon." James says.

"Ok, I'll be right there."

I look around the living room one more time, before leaving the house and closing the door like I've done many times, this time knowing I'm never coming back. I walk to the car, and climb in the back seat. "How long is the drive there?" I ask

"About...4 hours." My mother explains.

"Great" I mumble.

-----------------------------------------

We finally get to our new home. It had three bed rooms. A porch and a small crummy basement. The house was in a town called Woodwater. While I was looking around my new home ,my brother took the biggest bedroom, besides the master bedroom.

Now I walked into my bedroom, and find out that it has a closet, a nightstand beside the bed, two outlets, and a couple boxes with my name on them. It was fairly big, but not really big. I walk over to the boxes and start unpacking, seeing as I have to go to a new school tomorrow. knowing I'm not going to have any friends and not being really smart. First I put my clothes into the closet, then I take out my mellophone and set it right beside the nightstand. I take the rest of the time before dinner going through the rest of the boxes and putting up my little knick knacks.

For dinner my mom tried to cook again. Me and my brother shared a knowing look. She's just going to order take out somewhere, because she burns everything.  She made casserole my favorite but as usual she burnt it so she ended up ordering pizza.

After I finished my pizza I went to bed, from the very long day.  I must've been tired from the move, because I fell straight to sleep.

I'm standing in front of my dad. "Dad?" I ask

"You were always a mistake to have." He said.

"But dad...."

"No buts." He warns. Then I see James walk in the room. "James, my boy come here." He says to my brother. He always liked James better. As my dad puts it 'you're a freak and no one will love you'. Just because James is normal doesn't mean I'm not special in my own way, or that he is better than me. James comes closer and sees that my dad is still trying to get me to run away. I almost did once... but never will I let him have what he wants. "Tell your sister, how you feel about her freakishness."

"I don't think she's a freak." James defends me, like my mother does.

"WHY AM I THE ONLY PERSON THAT THINKS SHE IS A FREAK IN THIS HOUSE!" My dad screams. He storms out of the house.

I wake up to my alarm going off. I roll over only to be meeted by the floor. I hate mornings, but sometimes they're better than my dreams. I get in the shower. After I get out of the shower, I walk to my closet and put on a purple and black striped maxi skirt and a white flowy top with a jean jacket over it. I put my wavy hair into a ponytail. I make sure to grab my mellophone and phone. I also grab my backpack. I walk out of my room and down the hall to the kitchen. I grab a pop-tart packet to bring with me.

I get on the bus and decide to sit near the front, so I can get off quickly. I know that I'm going to be labeled as 'the new girl' but I'm use to it from moving all the time. I get off the bus and walk to the office to get my map and schedule. As I walk in I bump into a short, redhead. People are so rude. I roll my eyes. I walk up to the main desk. "How may I help you?" The lady behind the desk asks.

"Uh...I need my map and schedule. I'm new here." I say.

"Ok. What's your name sweetheart?"

"London Fray."

"Ok. Here you go. Have a nice first day."

"Whatever" I mumble.

   I look at my schedule:

Math

Enghlish

AP Chemistry

Health

AP World History

Lunch

Semanior

Marching Band

I head to my locker, to put my mellophone and extra junk in there. After I do that I head to math. I double check my schedule just to make sure it's the right room. I sigh and knock on the door. The door opens and the teacher is standing there. "Oh. You must be London?"

"Yes, sir." Not knowing what to say.

"You can call me Mr.Green. Please come in. Introduce yourself."

I was hoping he wouldn't say that. I hate speaking in front of a group of people.

"Hi, My name is London Fray." I wave has I say it. I take a seat near the front, because this is my best subject. Being the first day of school, we didn't do much. Just went over some stuff we should know. After a boring 40 minute class the bell finally rang. I jumped up and out of the class. I look at my schedule again. English. Fun! Note the sarcasm. I always hated english. I walk into the class just as the bell rings, and sigh in relief. I quickly take a seat so I won't have to introduce myself again. Last period was so awkward. The teacher just started rumbling on about a book where going to read through the beginning of the school year. That's all she talked about, before she let us talk the rest of the period. Some of the 'popular' girls started talking to me, but I really wasn't interested in what they had to say. I don't want to hang out with them.

As the day goes by I get more and more excited for band. That's all I can think about. Soon enough I'm running to the band room with my mellophone. When I get to the band room and look for my section. I see a girl and a guy both with mellophones, in the second row, and I walk over to them.

"Hey." I say, to get there attention.

"Hi, um are you a new student?" The guy asked confused of who I am.

"Yeah. My name is London, London Fray."

"I'm Dawn, and this is Trevor." The girls says with a smile.

"Um..I'm in your section." I say, while holding my mellophone up.

"Please sit." I take a seat just as the girl that I bumped into this morning walks over to us.

"Is this Xander's section?" She asked.

"Yeah, he should be here soon." Trevor replies.

"By the way my name is Izzy." She says.

Then We start talking about where I came from and I figured out Izzy is new here too. After about ten minutes off talking a guy with black hair and blue eyes, walks up to us with a mellophone in his hand. This must be Xander.
