A shadow in the corner of my eye when I spot a cute person. This breathing down my neck when I gaze at my current crush from across the room. The pounding in my chest when I meet the gaze of HIM. The flush rising to my cheeks when that dazzling smile is directed towards me. But wait I am getting so off topic, my name is Artemis; yes like the Greek goddess, no I don't look goddess-like. I go to Boxer High School as I have for the last three years. I am not popular or important or loved by everyone, I have my twin brother and his 3 best friends and that's all I want. My brother ironically is named Apollo, but what makes it even more ironic is his friends are Ares, Athena and Hermes. All of them are the siblings I've always wanted. I am a huge nerd and I don't be like "oh she likes that typical white girl shit." No, I love Doctor Who, Supernatural, Grimm, Revenge, Once Upon A Time, Smash and many more. I love gore and fantasy and my brother and I are polar opposites, but that's to be expected for fraternal twins. I have grey eyes while he got the green. He got the blonde hair while I got the black hair. The worst part is I've had the hugest crush on my brother's worst enemy for forever, and I can't bring myself to tell my brother. But at least I don't have a crush on my brother's best friend Hermes, even though he's had a crush on me forever. Eros is all I can see, with his baby blue eyes and curly brown hair. I've got it bad and I admit it.
Everything changed that fateful day of Halloween, that was when I was kidnapped by the ones I trusted most.
