I sit on the window seat looking outside my brown hair swaying in the slight breeze coming through the lounge room window and my lilac eyes shining in the moonlight, the trees outside swayed in time with the wind, while the waves crashed on the shore, looking up I noticed a figure, a man, the way his body inched closer to the edge of the cliff made it obvious what his intention was. Jumping up from my spot on the seat I ran through the house looking for my mother only to remember she was on her honeymoon with her new husband and my new step-dad, so my search continued throughout the house looking for my father now, suddenly realisation hit me, that man out there was my father.
Bolting back to the seat I looked out only to see his body plunging into the depths of the sea I scream escaped my lips when his body disappeared in the currents, running outside I stopped just where the water met the shore, falling to my knees I sobbed, I knew this was going to come sooner or later, I mean my father couldn't stand the pain of losing his mate.
Standing up I ran through the woods, looking for the way to the cliff. I knew I had to go, I knew my mother still loved my father and I sure as hell knew that I would be blamed for his death. Before I knew what was happening there was a arm around my waist, a hand covering my mouth and a needle in my neck, fear overcame me and I froze but the fear soon subsided and was replaced with giddiness, my eyes began to droop and I leaned against the hard chest of the man holding me then everything went black.
