I don't mention hair, skin, or eye colour much at all, so that the reader, (that's you ;) can picture whatever you want.
I'll be updating minimum once a week, possibly more but it's all depending on how busy I am.
Just as a note: I would advise either having watched the chapter's episode recently or just making sure you know what the side characters look like.
The first chapter is much shorter than the rest, it's just to set up.
As each chapter is an episode, after the first they're all pretty long.
