A long time ago in the hell fires of the Soviet Union and their influence around the world.
The north of Vietnam took their ideals with enthusiasm for nationalism.
With these beliefs they spilt blood of their own people in the south.
It was only natural that the United States and its allies retaliated against them to thwart communism from becoming cancer.
Thus we sent ground troops and extreme heat to the untamed and unknown jungles.
As the years went by, chaos broke loose. We were only making things worse.
Then, along came the Missile Crisis and the Kennedy Assassination.
If we were going to end all the bullshit down there, it had to be then and now.
So, the heads over at the white house debated on initiating a mission to end the conflict.
To send a single man on an Odyssey to eradicate socialist influence in Vietnam; and all other countries permanently.
And so it begins.
Diamond Armored Warrior
Prelude to Objective
Vietnam, somewhere in the East not far from Europe. The sun had opened up its curtain to spotlight paradise and hell on earth. Face your eyes downward to view the trees, the instinctive wildlife that appears to be from another planet. Birds that sound like jets, predators that sound like firepower. There were lizards that appeared to be operatives performing their acts of service and violence.
To the sky there appeared to be the distinct sound of a natural disaster incoming to wipe out all the men on both sides and wildlife from existence. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case. Reaching speeds that were nearing sound the steel hawk revealed itself to the residents of the swampy shithole. The jet consisted of its large scale and smooth, stylish, metallic cover. The impressive wing span of the vehicle was enough for any other flyer to be petrified. The winds being pierced by the unrelenting force of the aircraft. Despite all of this, the flight was quiet; from the interior and exterior. The jet was designed this way to prevent enemy detection. A look inside the aircraft would show all of its components in the cockpit. All of its lethal and navigational gadgets and gizmos. Its buttons and levers that control the firepower and steering.
Two pilots were controlling the vehicle; making absolute sure that nothing didn’t go according to protocol. Only one passenger was on board the craft. He donned combat fatigues, massive and heavy black steel toed boots. Next to him was a backpack for storage of all of his necessary equipment he needs for the mission. Two very similar appearing suppressed handguns for stealth and discretion. An M-16 assault rifle that also had a suppressor attached. The ammunition for these weapons were neatly contained in the backpack along with his other gear.
The silent, broad, slender man had his head bent to the floor. His mind was pure white, thoughtless, couldn’t have anything going on in there. The passenger section of the stealth jet was drenched with black; there were no emotions present onboard. The only light sources present were faint from the ceiling. Then, in a shattering instant, there was blast of red light projecting throughout the area. It caught the passenger’s attention and he rose in an alert phase. All right hawk, you’re about to fall toward hostile
environment; the voice was coming through the speaker attached to the ceiling. Gather your equipment and parachute, and prepare for launch.
He quickly disassembled his assault rifle and compact it into his bag. Next, he fastened the backpack onto his back, and clipped on the parachute. Commencing opening of hatch in five, four, three, two, and one. Release. The hatch of the plane opened to a crawl, with ballistic gusts of wind. Sun rays entered the passenger section, blinding the man; forcing him to shield his eyes for protection. He paced up to the end of the hatch. His heart was climbing out of his body, desperately trying to escape this tension. Unfortunately, it was too late for that. He performed a perilous dive through the atmosphere.
