*Levi's pov*
Today was my first day of high school. I moved from France because of an unfortunate event and I wanted to get away as quick as possible. I walked to my bathroom fixing my hair and brushing my teeth. I pulled on the stupid uniform I was required to wear black jeans a button up white shirt and a black tie. I pulled on the cardigan that was assigned. I growled "tch I look like a japanese school girl" I huffed. I finally walked down stairs. I lived alone my family members had offered to live with me after my parents passed away but I didn't need anyone that just wanted my money. I made some toast and grabbed my backpack, I walked to my garage and grinned at my beauty of a 1997 Honda Civic Hatchback it was a present from my mom I could see my face in the shiny black paint job "I miss you mom.." I climbed into my car and drove to school. I hopped out there were people running all over the place it was total chaos. I walked up to the office "um hi I'm Rivaille Ackerman I just transferred here" the office lady looked up "oh Mr.Ackerman! ! How wonderful to meet you yes please step in through the door I'm going to have one of our students show you around" "tch alright " I walked in and sat on the chair I waited for about 10 minutes When is that brat going to get here whoever it is I heard the door open "ah Eren!!! Come come I want you to meet Mr. Rivaille Ackerman" behind the wall stepped a boy taller than me my eyes instantly wandering his body he was slim wore the same uniform only it looked like it was placed on lazily his hair was a shaggy brown color and his eyes...beautiful green orbs. "Uh earth to Rivaille? " I snapped back "oh uh hello just call me Levi" "alright then levi I'm eren Jaeger nice to meet you!" He smiled at me I kept my same expressionless face "well get along then kiddos you're going to be late for your first period Eren I excused you from your classes so you can shadow Mr. Rivaille and help him if he needs it" "aw thanks Mrs.Stevens no AP English for me! Haha don't tell Mr.Nik I said that" they both shared a laugh I rolled my eyes at their lame humor.
*Eren's pov*
I looked at the short male next to me he looks kinda mean..."soo uh levi where did you transfer from?" "Notre Dame international high school it's a private school in france" he said kinda bored. My eyes widened "you came from france?! Oh wow!!!" "Yeah it's whatever" I could hear his faint accent he was trying to mask it "ok let's start what class do you have?" He pulled out a schedule nicely folded from his pocket "um AP Psychology" I looked at him "wow that's a really hard class I took it my sophomore year and it was interesting but I couldn't click very well with it" he simply nodded as I led him to the room. I watching him write his name very casually a few of the girls were staring at him *bing!* I grabbed my phone a message from Petra she was a girl sitting on the other side of the room

I looked up at Levi who was watching me "eren?" "Hm?" His face kind of blushed "I was uh hoping to ask if you could please help me with my notes I understand English there are just some words I can't quite click" I smiled at him "of course levi I'm all yours for today" he quickly turned.
I texted back to Petra
That's Rivaille Ackerman he's a new boy he came from France Petra leave him alone ok?
Or what?
I sighed shutting off my phone I wasn't going to deal with her stupid attitude. Levi scooted closer to me "eren how do you spell spiritual?" I smiled a wrote it out "thanks brat" I looked at him "I'm not a brat levi" I said crossing my arms. After I helped levi in almost all of his classes it was lunch time "levi you can sit with ne and my friends if you want?" "Looks like I have no choice" he responded I just shook my head I gathered my salad and saw Armin waving me down outside "come on levi" I grabbed his wrist and pulled him outside my sister Mikasa and Armin were waiting for us. Before we reached the table mikasa quickly stood up and got in my face "eren!!! You skipped out on your classes ! How are you suppose to graduate with honors if you keep skipping" "geez mikasa it was one time" "Yeah but I want to make sure you are doing great!" Levi stood in front of me crossing his arms "take it easy momma bear he was helping me out" "momma bear?! How dare you!!" "Whoa whoa mikasa !!" I grabbed levi and pulled him toward me "this is Levi and he's new why are you treating him like that?!" Her eyebrow twitched "eren can you please release me?" I realized I was hugging levi in a protective hug I blushed deeply "oh I'm sorry levi" "mikasa sit down ok?" Armin said trying to calm a pissed mikasa I let go of levi but he stood in the same spot. I could smell the type of cologne he had on it was mesmerizing "can I just eat already?" Levi said annoyed "I'm sorry levi please forgive my friend mikasa" armin said "brats" he said "what did you call us?!" Mikasa said slamming her fist on the table "mikasa!!! Knock it off!" I screeched she sat down grumbling about how he was short and hated his hair levi just quietly ate his salad "mikasa you're so rude!" I snapped I stood throwing away my salad almost like a shadow levi did the same following me "hey wait for me brat!" I stomped away grumbling I turned looking at him "I'm so sorry mikasa was so rude to you" he raised an eyebrow "you stomped away because of that? " I blushed "it was a bit childish" I admitted before levi responded Petra popped up in his face "hi ! I'm petra!!" "Whoa please don't jump in front of me like that please" she giggled "I'm sorry what's your name?" I sighed in annoyance "I already told you what his name was" she whipped her head "shut up eren!" I frowned levi cleared his throat "excuse me but I would really appreciate it you left eren and I alone don't talk to him like that or you won't like me very much" she frowned I raised my eyebrows "well would you like to hang out sometime I can show you around town?" My heart shot to my throat. Wait am I jelouse? ! Levi crossed his arms "I would love to but eren already said he was going to show me around town. Right eren?" It took me a few seconds "ah yes! Hehe" I said rubbing the back of my head "oh maybe next time then?" He simply nodded "here text me sometimes!" She said scribbling her number on a paper, handing it to him "Bye levi!! Eren." I scoffed "bye" he said flatly "tch let's go eren" he said tossing the paper in the trash, I simply smiled.
*Levi's POV*
"So eren how about we do hang out sometime?" He looked at me with his intense green eyes, smiling "yes of course levi!!" I nodded at him. I walked into my last class of the day sitting in a seat, as eren made his way towards me I saw him yelp and hit the floor "eren?! " I quickly stood to see him rubbing his hip and a couple of boys laughing at him "watch where you are going Gayger" I saw him stand and run out of the room crying "oi what's your problem shit head?!" The boy stood towering over me "do you know who you are talking to little man?" I scoffed "little? I could still kick your ass you uncultured swine" I saw his eyebrow twitch "why you little piece of shit!" He grabbed my collar "jean! Leave him alone!" Another boy came running he was tall and had freckles "stay out of this Marco! " he pryed his hand off of me I simply fixed my shirt and nodded at marco and rushed past then to find eren. I ran down the hall unaware of where I was going until I heard small gasps and sobs. I slowed ny pace down rounded the hall and saw eren hugging his knees to his chest crying under the water fountain. I felt my face soften as I walked over to him I sat in front of him "eren?" I said softly he responded with a sob "eren tell me" he rubbed his face and slowly met my gaze "that's jean he well he doesn't like me very much he's mikasa's boyfriend and um well..." I continued to watch him "go on" he sniffed again "well he hates me also because well...*sigh* I'm gay levi" I stood carefully lifting him and leading him to the restroom. He stood there as I grabbed a paper towel, wet it and cleaned his face carefully "levi?" "Hm?" He sighed "are you still my friend even though I'm gay?" I stopped cleaning his face "tch eren I don't care that you're gay I'm not so straight myself" I saw his eyes widen as I continued to move the towel around his face he grabbed ny wrist pulling me into a hug "uh eren you're in ny bubble" he buried his face into my shoulder "you're the first person besides armin and mikasa that has accepted me for who I am" "really brat it's fine" I said patting his back. "Are you really gay?" He asked me I nodded I wasn't scared anymore I used to be. I let go of eren as he pulled away "come on eren let's go forget about him if he does something to you I don't care if he's the president's son I'll whip his ass" a little smile tugged at the end of his mouth "thanks levi."
