I was about too pull the trigger when al of a sudden. Someone called my name. It sounded like Sonic? I quickly dropped the gun and stood up to look around.
"Sonic?" I said feeling feeling that sense of happiness again.

What looked like Sonic had run up to me. "What are you doing? Don't you know it's bad to kill yourself? And who's Sonic"

I am so confused right now. Am I dreaming? Or did I actually kill myself. Just to check I pinched my arm. It hurt so.. This real?!

"Uh hedgehog you okay?" He asked

This impossible. He has those green emerald eye, blue fur- wait what about his shoes. I looked down. Hmm his shoes aren't really the same as the Sonic I knew? They look like it but the old ones he would wear when I first came to this planet.

"Hello anyone in there?" He tapped his shoe on the ground a bit impatient

"Sorry. Yes I'm fine... Thank you for helping me. Your not Scourge again are you?" I narrowed my eyes.

"What? Who is scourge? Why are you giving me names of other I don't know?"

"Just answer."

"No I'm not Scourge."

I do not trust this mysterious hedgehog. Why does he look like my Sonic? Well what used to be my Sonic...
I looked down to my right to Sonics grave. If only he there was a way to get him back. I would marry him, we would of adopted a baby or kid that he wanted. But reality hits you hard just remind you that is never going to happen. My ears flickered hearing the Hedgehog talking. I was not listening to him from the being.

"-So that's my name and well yeah I'm new to this place." He smiled at me

"Wait wait what is you're name?" I asked looking at him confused

"I already told you my name. I'm not gonna say it again." He frowned at me. "We're you not paying attention again?"

"No..." I told him truthfully

"Oh well I'm not repeating myself right now. I should be going. Please don't kill yourself." He turned away from me and started to walk.

Apart of me did not want him to leave. Apart of me wanted him to leave because I can not trust him. But he does make me feel less alone...? As much as this could be a bad idea what have I got to lose... Then what I already have lost. "Wait. " I called out to him. "You said you're new here. I am pretty sure you do not have a place to stay yet?" I asked a bit angry. I shouldn't really be showing him that much kindness.

"Uh yeah?"

"You can stay with me till you find a place to stay. " I crossed my arms.

"Really? For all you know I could be a murder?" He smirked playfully. He turned around to face me.

"You would not be able to kill me hedgehog. I am the ultimate life form."

"Wuuutttt(what) you are a alien?!" He kinda laughed

"Half or partly yes. What is so funny?" Growled at him

"Whoa whoa relax I'm jut messing around. Seriously your part alien? What kind of alien?"

"Black arms."

"Oh cool. Well I am a normal hedgehog." He shrugged. "You can nickname me if you want since I won't tell you my name anytime soon. "

I looked at him as if I did not like what he said. "Sure. How about Sonic...?" I said unsure

"Ehhhh sure! Is he the one in that grave?" He pointed out

"No. It was a pet name..." I lied

"Sure buddy. What is your name?"

"Shadow."

"Oooooh sounds dark. So shads lets go I guess?" He smiled.

I sighed thinking how much of an idiot I am. Then took out my chaos emerald. "CHAOS CONTROL!" I yelled out loud as I teleported us to my house.

Am I really that desperate to have him back? Humph... Yes. Hopefully this one would kill me. I mean won't kill me.
