Fire and Ice
stars, shine bright,
lead me through the night.
fire, burning ash, smoke,
stay with me till i'm awoke
because never has it came to pass
that fire was weaker than ice
that flame was defeated by cold
so heat, fend off the cold from me,
gentle tongues of flame, let no creature close to me
I will put my head down here,
with shut eyes,
while fire lays me to rest,
peacefully
for never has it came to pass,
that fire was weaker than ice
