Female Voice: "Liz! Where are you Liz?! Elizabeth! Please answer me!"
Elizabeth: *Wakes up to the smell of smoke*
Male Voice: "It alright, honey! Hurry up before you die. She's be fine!"
Elizabeth: "M...mom? D...dad?" *Her eyes widened* "F-fff-fire!!!"
Elizabeth's mother: "No! I refuse! How can you do this to your own child and you call yourself a man!!! Let me go!"
*A female scream*
*While she was running through the door, someone grabbed her from behind and she was knocked out*
All though I was knocked out, I heard screaming and crying... In that moment, I exactly knew what happen... Our house was on fire and my heart was pounding it's way out of my chest. I was terrified...
I woke up to see a young woman holding my hand. I sat up unsteadily and looked at her.
Young Woman: "It's me, Aunt Anne. Are you okay?"
Elizabeth: "I am now... Let's put that aside...what happened?"
Aunt Anne:" ..."
Elizabeth: "You really not going to answer are you... Huh... You know...I do remember me waking up to a fire. I heard my parents voice, so I decided to find them. Next thing you knew it, I was knocked out... Any who, can I talk to my mother for sec. "
Aunt Anne: "Your mother...isn't here."
Elizabeth: "That's fine. I'll talk to her lat-"
Aunt Anne: "Your mother is here! She isn't anywhere!"
Elizabeth: "W-what do you mean?"
Aunt Anne: "They...went to a better place."
Tear ran from my eye because I knew exactly what she meant... I was scared... Scared of being alone... Scared of failure... Scared of worrying... Especially when I was missing my mother... A woman who had taught me how to grow and how to live my life in peace...
I forced a smile.
Elizabeth: "I believe...she did...go to a better place... I'm 100% sure..."
