Many people have said that wishing doesn't lead you to your future, but i always saw my wishes as a sort of...prediction. Anything i believed could happen, miraculously eventually did later in my life. I found i could decide my entire life just by believing i could. Though this was not always best for me. One day i stopped believing in my power, and forgot about it. Leaving my wandering thoughts to wreak havoc on my life, and on the entire world around me.
When i was a little girl i kept a small bottle near my bed, it had my name printed in sparkling letters across the front. inside i would drop small sheets of paper with my wants scribbled in such a way my mother thought was impossible to read, then i would pray. Not to the lord, but to the greater being. This may come as a shock to you, but i never believed that there was someone out there with a big poofy beard who answered our every need. There may be a God, but what's so important about our species that makes it the apple of its eye? We destroyed this world, but that may also have been my mistake.
If this greater being really does exist, then what am i?
