ch 1 new girl

*beep*beep* my alarm goes off, telling me to wake up for my first day at a new high school. I'm not one of those peppy girls but I do have to say it's not hard to get people to like me. At my old school in New York you could call me one of the popular girls, but I wasn't a bitch about it like every other girl. I also don't sleep with every guy on the football team, in fact I didn't sleep with any of the football players. I really wasn't ready to change schools, but I guess it was the best choice for our family.

A little information about my family is that we are all super close. My name is Autumn Franco. My dads name is James Franco, my brother is Dave Franco and my moms name is Jennifer Franco. We used to live in New York, but we had to move to California for the movie that my dad is starring in. We usually move all over for his job. It isn't hard for me to make friends, because people just like me for lots of reasons. I don't mean to sound like a snobby bitch when I say that. I usually don't make the really close type of friends, because I feel like people only like me because of my last name and money. I also don't really date guys because I don't know if the like really like me for me.

I get out of bed and slip my silk robe on and walk downstairs to the kitchen. "Good morning mom." I said kissing my mom on the cheek.  "Are you excited for your first day?" My mom asked eagerly. "Well I wouldn't say I'm excited, but as long as you guys are happy then so am I." I said smiling. "Breakfast will be ready in 20 minutes,  okay?" My mom said shooing me off to get ready. I nodded my head and ran upstairs to get ready for my morning run.

I threw on my black nike cropped leggings, a neon green sports bra, and my black bedazzled Nike Roshes and ran to my brothers room. "Hey, Dave wake up!" I said shaking him. "Mmm what do you want Autumn?" He said groaning and getting up. "Just wanted to tell you breakfast will be ready soon! I'm going on a run see ya!" I said lightly punching his arm and running down the hall. I turned the corner and ran into my dad. "Oh hey Dad!" I said hugging him. "Autumn I've been looking for you! We are going out to eat tonight with our new neighbors so don't make any plans okay?" He said hugging me back  I nodded and he walked back into his room to shower. I ran down the stairs and yelled "I'll be back soon! I'm going on a run!" And I ran out the door.

I plugged my headphones in my ear and started jogging. I was jogging for about five seconds until a basketball hit my foot. I picked up the basketball and took my headphones out.  I turned and saw a shirtless guy who looked my age run towards me. I couldn't help but stare at his tan, toned abs. "Um hey sorry about that." He said and smiled at me. "Oh it's totally fine. I wasn't in the mood to run anyways." I said laughing. "Well that's a coincidence. I'm Colton Ford." He said smiling "I'm Autumn Franco, you must be the neighbors we are going out to eat with tonight." I say popping my hip out a little. "You live in the house next door?!" He asked. "Yeah what grade are you in?" I ask hoping he was my age. "I'm a junior, what about you?" He asked looking hopeful. "Me too! Do you want to go to school together? I could really use some help." I ask batting my eyelashes. "Yeah I would love to, meet me back here in and hour, I'll drive." He said smiling. "Okay I'll see you then." I waved goodbye. I turned around on my heel and I was smiling like a fool.

"I'm back!" I said running upstairs. I went into my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I curled my hair into cute beach waves and put light makeup on. I went into my room and turned on some 5 Seconds of Summer and starting looking through my closet. I ended up picking out some black leggings, a white top with a jean jacket and top it off with some nude heels. I grabbed my bag and walked down to the kitchen.

"Here is some breakfast Hun." My mom said handing me a plate. I quickly ate my food and washed off my plate. "Bye mom. Love you." I said kissing her cheek. "Have an amazing day!" She said hugging me. "Bye Dave!" I yelled. "Why are you leaving so early?" He asked curiously. "Colton is driving me!" I said smiling. "Harrison's son?" My dad asked lifting one eyebrow. "Yeah." I said blushing. "Ooh someone's got a crush!" Dave said laughing. I rolled my eyes. "Well Hun, don't leave the boy waiting. We love you!" Hy mom said ushering me out. Kissing my cheek one more time. I walked out the door and started walking to his house.
