In the year 2450, the United States of America finally fell, after centuries of grief-stricken poverty and war, among many other things.
After the U.S. fell, the power went into the hands of the people. There were no more laws to keep the once citizens of a nation at bay, nor was there any punishment if someone considered them to be in the wrong. For the first time, humans were considered free of everything, including obligations and responsibilities.
The people named this new "un" society Miria, which wasn't an actual word and therefore, had no meaning.
Even though Miria seemed like it was going to go into complete and utter chaos after a short period of time, it did not. Other countries from around the world were astonished by this, and when they tried to interfere to help them create a new, better country, the Mirians told them not too, saying " , Don't bother me and I won't bother you. After a while, the other nations left them alone.
However this "peace" did not last very long. in fact ten years later a civil war broke out, and lasted for six long years. The war, most famously called "The Mirian Civil War", was not started by disagreement and further tension between the people of Miria, but by one person, a female by the name of Penelope Anne Waters.
At the age of twenty-two, Penelope started to question this "un" society. At first, no one played attention to her constant blabbering about creating a new, perfect society in which everyone can be happy and equal. Although the ignorance would not last very long, for Penelope started to plan the creation of her very own utopian society.
Soon, the chaotic people of Miria had had enough. They thought that they did not need laws, or someone to control them."Chaos is my Best Friend" was a popular saying among Mirians.
Of course, there were people who had believed in Penelope's idea of a perfect society, for they too had noticed the chaos that never seemed to end. Their numbers, however, were tiny in comparison to the people who believed in chaos, not order.
Finally, the tension had erupted, bringing war. Penelope was the culprit for this war, the Mirians thought, and soon, assassination attempts began on her as she led the uprising for a utopian society. However, Penelope wasn't going to give up, not even while in the face of death.
